It does what it wants to do, it turns off, the volume changes when it wants. I’ve had to unplug it in order for the remote to work some times as well.

Called in a few times and never got a good response. Line trough the bottom of the screen about 2 inches up. Constantly get a message saying the tv is full remove apps. I go to delete apps and it just goes back to the Home Screen.

The end result was using the protection plan to get a new tv within 6 months of purchase. Which is odd because this tv wasn't used in a "high traffic area" of my home.
