Good TV but slow system

I have to disconnect the power chord and restart the TV to make it work. Some time the wifi could not be connected after I recently update the TV system.

Very Slow

Posted .Dutch we are sorry to hear about the experience you have had with your Hisense TV. Please make sure the TV is within 20 feet of the wireless router if possible or connected via Ethernet. When settings up the TV make sure there is not direct sunlight coming to the TV from a window or door as this may greatly impact the viewing experience with your Hisense TV. Hisense HDTV won't turn on

There is no standby red light, and it won't turn on. The outlet is working fine. I have tried to unplug it, waited for a while and plugged it back but nothing happened. I also changed the remote control battery, then plugged it to a different outlet but still no power. The customer support did authorize a repair in August 2020. It worked for few months, but now it won't turn on. The TV is out of warranty and Hisense will not help.

Ok at best

Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box. Stay Away

I bought this TV for my bedroom but good god it really sucks, i should've just stuck with Insignia, but I also should've looked at the "if its too good to be true" factor as well. was going to buy a new TV and Put this one in my children's room but NO FORGET THAT! they are fairly good kids and I don't want to punish them with this TV. Going back to the store ASAP

Poor quality TV. You get what you pay for.

It went from occasionally not turning on to now never turning on. I see the "Hisense" start up screen then it just goes back to black. I've tried everything to get this to turn back on but nothing works. It constantly disconnected from WiFi as well despite being literally directly above the router. If you go cheap, you pay the price in the long run.

Garbage.

We didn't even have it for 2 years... But I decided to factory reset it since half of the apps wouldn't work. After that, it wouldn't stay on for more than a few seconds so i couldn't even get through the set up.... At least it was cheap. That's the only good thing.

Honestly a terrible buy

I have Comcast so it’s not my streaming speeds. But this tv is terrible. Streaming is glitchy and the tv freezes all the time. You have to rewind to get it unstuck. I wish I would have spent the extra hundred bucks to get a Samsung or something.

Wont turn on

Called the Hisense service numerous times. They say its firmware issue and sent me an update on my email. I tried to update but no success. I have not heard of any TV vendor where the customer needs to manually update the firmware. So TV is lying dead in a corner, shortly a year after purchase.

Not a great company

I contacted the company and was told to you use my extended warranty to get it fix that they make sure to pack the TV with an inner and outer layer protection so it was not there fault i received a broken TV. Thank god Best buy come thru and let me exchange my TV with no issues I am never buying Hisense

Too many issues

It gives a no WiFi error constantly. It freezes while streaming and restarts occasionally while watching direct tv. The remote loses functionality and I have Changed the batteries in it at least 3 times since I. Got it in March. If I could trade it in I would. I am not happy with this purchase.
