For the love of your sanity and wallet, DON'T BUY

It already crapped out yesterday. Screen all blurry and lines everywhere. Not under warranty from Best Buy anymore and hisense says it's my fault so they won't help. Previous to it finally completely not working I had to reset it at least 4 times in 5 months. Serious piece of crap.

Don't waste your money.

Best Buy said they can't do anything for us and Hisense has a one year warranty, but we need original packaging which we did not save. So, lesson learned. The $199 Black Friday special from 2019 didn't make it to Black Friday 2020.

It was very slow to get in and out of apps. Also difficult to turn off. Finally had to return it and get one with Fire TV. Much easier to operate.

Not very good quality

Please do a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box. Doesn't Function Properly

It will shut off and not turn on. Netflix causes the tv to freeze and crash. Most APPs cause the tv to lag. There are also no buttons on the TV itself so if you don't have a remote you can't use it.

TV less than 2 years old will not turn on!

Returned it and got the Hisense H8G Quantum Series which is a terrific TV for about $100 more, well worth the extra $$$

Never again

They charge my credit card and said that the TV will be ready by a certain time of the week. Which it wasn’t. Gave my mom and i the runaround for weeks before Finally receiving the TV. Cannot download more that 3 apps

Wish I had spent a little more money and got a better TV.

Really bad

The volume goes up and down while watching shows, the system lags, the apps don't run correctly, shows don't play correctly. The whole thing is just a mess and I wish sooooo badly we could return it. ☹

I do not recommend pairing the remote via bluetooth as it will be really slow, it will work without the bluetooth pairing through infrared. At the 4 year mark, this TV has basically given up the ghost and will no longer turn on. Overall a good product and it lasted me a long time.

Not worth the price!
