    just bought this yesterday. very easy to setup using my android phone. synced my internet and streaming passwords from my phone, making for the easiest setup I've ever had. $200 for a 50" smart tv with great picture. works 100 times faster than my 32" tlc roku tv. interface takes a second to get use to. when the screen is white, the backlight is brighter along the edges of the screen. sling tv lagged when I first used it, but I deleted it and redownloaded it, works great now. THE TV HAS A WEB BROWSER. biggest downside is an inadequate user guide for the remote.

    Laggy processor can't support Smart features

    It's been just over 4 years, and this tv has officially died. It turned off randomly and then the back of the TV smelled like burnt popcorn, and it wouldn't turn back on. It was a crappy TV from the get-go, but we managed to make it work. The "smart TV" function was incredibly laggy, and crashed often, so we ended up disconnecting it from WiFi and connected a Roku. It was right next to the router, so it shouldn't have been a signal issue. We also only had only 3 or 4 apps installed at any given time. Clearing the cache made no difference at all, nor did a hard restart (unplug, leave for 15 mins or so, replug & turn on). Factory resetting the TV helped a bit, but the effect wore off in a few days. Even disconnected from WiFi, the TV would lag and crash often. The picture quality and sound were good enough when it wasn't lagging. It seems like the processor was not designed/selected to handle the features that they packed into this unit, which renders those extra features completely useless.

    Nice tv good video quality. A bit slow at responding to controller but other then that easy to access apps and all media! Very loud tv speakers.

    I got this TV on black Friday and it was such a good buy. The quality is great for the price you are paying. True 4K TV but not necessary Dolby sound. The thing you need to be aware of when buying this TV is to turn the pop up notifications off. If you dont they will continuously pop up while you are watching TV, which will make you want to throw the TV away.
