    I bought this TV in May 2020. I was looking for a different brand at that time, but could never find it in stock. So I looked around and came across this one. Reviews looked good so I decided to purchase it. Graphically speaking, the UI doesn't seem to do justice for the 4K aspect of it. However, whenever you watch 4k content on netflix, etc. it looks really good. Sound is also decent. Now for the stuff that is a little bit lacking: OS, the operating system is a little bit laggy most times. Also, sometimes the TV won't turn on with either the remote or the physical power button. I have to unplug it from the outlet and plug it back in and after that, it works again. Now, the WORST part about this TV: I haven't owned this TV for 8 months and I just had my first MAJOR problem with it. The TV won't stay on. It powers on, I see the hisense and android logo, but soon enough, it turns off. No matter what kind of troubleshooting I do, I can't get my TV to stay on. I've thought about getting support from hisense before when I started having troubles with the tv not turning on without having to unplug it but decided I can live with that. However, this issue of me not being able to use my TV at all, is quite a bit unacceptable. I don't know if this was just part of a bad lot of TV's, but other than the issues i've had, the TV isn't bad. I'm still waiting to hear back from support.

    I wish to give zero stars. Try to turn on tv again and again but won’t turn it on whenever I want so then unplug for few mins however it’s same situation. I had it for 3 years and 4 months.

    The TV is nice , but it have so much issues. Turns on by it self. Switch between apps.

    I got the TV on the weekend for the great deal on it. A 50 inch TV for $199? What a steal right? WRONG! First of all the UI look blurry with soft looking text. You can make it bold, but the text will have some ghosting on then. Watching over the air TV I can only tune in to 1 channel! It's hit and miss. When it shows something in the dark you get blocky distortions; poor 4k upscale. Apps too look blurry and soft looking in text with low res picture thumbnails. Sound was okay, but it lack bass. The only good thing was it handed playing games on it pretty good. That the only reason to get this is for video games; nothing else. Returned.

    The amount of times i have to turn it off and back on is ridiculous. Dont buy invest in a better brand.

    Extremely slow and glitchy

    Do not buy. Product support just reccomends turning the tv off and then unplugging. It randomly crashes or freezes and wont let you even turn it off without unplugging. Seriously a waste of hard earned money. I've never been more dissapointed with a "smart tv" in my life.
