A very good smart tv for the money

It's also running android TV so there are plenty of app options if you want. This replaced an LG smart tv and I think this one responds quicker. The remote is nice. No problems with movies or gaming on it. It is also nice and light - I was able to mount it to the wall myself. If you want a budget smart tv, you could do a lot worse.

If you pause on a single frame I can't tell it apart from the $1200 tvs, as soon as you hit play you see why the price is so low

Love that it has voice activation. But as far as quality for the TV it's already broken down once. Also TV kind of slows down as far as apps once in awhile. Kind of like a cell phone when you don't refresh it it slows down and you have to unplug the TV and plug it back in to get it going again. As far as pulling customer service Hisense knows nothing.

First Smart TV

There is a delay when pushing buttons which may be normal but it's irritating. There is definitely lag time when starting a show and have to rewind to get it to work. Will also freeze up and need to unplug it.

Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box.
