I was worried about the tv because of the name but the picture is as good as it gets. I would recommend this tv. Great price and great picture.

Was told by the sales associate that the Hisense has just as good a picture as the Samsung. It is a great picture and the price was right.

For 379.99 I couldn't beat the price. Picture is great except in dark scenes colors are a little washed out. My biggest complaint is the set is advertised as being HDR. It only supports HDR over USB. So my Xbox one s does not support the HDR feature. Hisense didn't give me a straight answer if a firmware update would fix this. I still give it 4 stars because of the price and Best Buy service but disappointed in this feature.

We purchased this tv after first buying an LG Smart tv. The LG was horrible- the picture was not sharp, fast moving games were choppy. We were very unhappy with it after a few days. Starting researching about the Hisense, which had a lot of positive reviews. Went into our local Best Buy and saw how great and sharp the picture was, and our decision was made. It is by far a much nicer tv than the LG, with sharp, clear, vibrant colors. And the price was great! Would buy a Hisense tv in a heartbeat. Was well worth the cost, and great service from Best Buy

We are very happy about this purchase. The color is great, the clarity is great, the sound quality is great. There is nothing to complain about. Awesome tv for the price paid.

We bought this TV last month and like it so much that we are purchasing a second one tonight. We tried several of the fine-tuning suggestions found in various places online, but ultimately we decided to stick with factory settings with the exception of "smooth", which we have turned off so everything doesn't look like live footage. As for the smart TV aspect of it, we are using only the YouTube option and find that it works very well. We are definitely happy with this purchase! I don't think we could have done better for the price.

This tv is amazing! Especially after I calibrated it, then paired it with a sound bar. Definitely would recommend for an introductory/first 4K tv.

I bought the 50" version when on sale for $399. It's great at that price. I would look elsewhere if it stays at a higher price point. 5 year warranty is a great bonus.

This TV was more than what I was expecting. Super 4k picture and mind blowing HDR. You do have to update it via a flash drive, but not to hard.

Picture is clear and bright, price point can't be beat! Great TV overall, good enough I bought a second (smaller size) to use as a monitor.

Excellent value! Picture and clarity is excellent,very easy set up. Only criticism is I feel you need a sound bar. Would definitely buy again

I was a bit hesitate because I have never purchased a Hisense nor heard about them. I needed a TV for outside and didn't want to spend the money for a outdoor TV. The TV is located under a roof protected from the elements but I figured for the price lets try it. For a 4k television it has exceeded my expectations. I have a 65 inch from another manufacturer that I paid 6x the price and this one out preforms the more expensive one. For the money you can't go wrong. Now the longevity of the TV outside, we can only wait and see.

The picture on this tv is really good. Also, the quick access to the smart apps is very convenient.

I really like this tv. The picture is great and the sound is very good. The only problem that I do have is the inability to change the picture colors. If there IS a way, I have not found it. I have been buying Samsung tvs for many years. I decided on Hisense after all of the problems that Samsung has been having with their products. I did not want to take a chance. This brand was actually recommended from one of the stores I was shopping around at for tvs. I read through reviews and decided to give it a try. I am not disappointed.

The Hisense 4K tv is stunning when using it to view 4K content. I usually dont use 4K as much but up scaling 1080p qaulity to almost 4K quality is awesome. I love the motion filter which makes it look pretty realistic and the dynamic color range is good especially with the blacks. However, the DCR can be a bit too black to where you cant see the linings of the black picture, but since its a filter, it can be changed to the best viewing preferences. Ultimately, this TV is awesome and I recommend it to anyone who wants a good quality picture.

My initial intention was to purchase a 43" 1080p Samsung TV. That same day my 3 year old 32" Samsung SMART TV no longer had a picture, only sound. My investigation told me that this happened to a lot of others. I returned the 43" purchase (never opened) and bought this TV for the same price! Name brand - does not seem to matter - they all STINK! I set it up and guess what? It works great. Major difference? Not as many SMART apps. Using a Fire TV Stick so that really does not matter. BTW - Hisense did purchase SHARP.

This Television is great, Easy to set up and the picture screen is fantastic. Good Quality for a reasonable price. Highly Recommend

This TV is working so far however this is my first experience with pure unknown Chinese brand TV. Because Chinese manufactures do not have best reputation in the World market for quality product I'm very reserved with my opinion about this product yet.

I had never heard of this brand before going into the store. It was the size I wanted for the price i wanted. The color/picture is great when using a hdmi connection. But the display does not work work my cable box unless I connect them together with the ax cables (red blue, yellow cords). This causes the display to not be up to par. Otherwise its great! The sound is great. 7 or more is too loud.

I bought this TV while it was on sale. I have never owned a Hisense TV prior to this but saw them a lot while I was stationed oversea in the military. Talked with one of the salesmen about the quality of this TV compared to others that were equally priced and was told that it is great TV and I would be pleased with the sound and picture quality. Must say that so far I am extremely pleased with the bright colors and the excellent sound quality of this TV. Well worth the money that I paid for it.
