I was thrilled to get this on a good sale! I've been wanting to buy LG C7 until I found out about LG C8 coming out so I wanted to wait. But I'm extremely bored in my room without a TV and always have to go downstairs to living room to use TV. My roommate loves it cold in living room :( So when I found out about the sale for this TV, I went for it! Just until I get C8 then I will move this TV to guest room! So when playing with it and changing pictures settings. Ew. It was bad. Then next day, it hurts trying to watch movie. So I went back to settings. Realized I turned on enchanced on HDMI 2.0 Format. So I went back to standard format. GEEEZZ! BIG DIFFERENCE! Quality is SO much better and beautiful! Played many different 4K movies on iTunes and Xbox. I'm extremely in love with this TV. Even if I get LG C8, I'd probably go in Guest Room to use this TV. I'm very impressed! For this price, BUY IT! It's amazing!

I bought the 50" 4K with HDR TV based on the reviews and actually seeing the TV up close in the store. I also had a $50 gift card to use. I even got a $20 price match after I bought the TV. The picture is great for the value and I don't regret it one bit. Its been a few weeks and I have not had one problem. I like using the Netflix and Amazon apps and especially the quick key on the remote to access them.

I am new to the brand. No complain with the picture quality. Mainly use it to watch Netflix. Pro: Apps load fast compare to my Sony Blu-ray player. Few Cons: -- Remote does not have built in light or any glow in the dark feature so hard to operate in dark -- Keep pressing sleep button when trying to use forward / backward as it's between these to button when trying to play again which is one row above. -- Uses Opera TV Store, which not mentioned on the box and the sales rep didn't know, the app I was looking for is not available. -- Opera TV browser is used which does not allow viewing of many of video content. -- Phone mirroring works but was little shaky

If you've shopped around for a 4K HDR set you know they are still pricey. This was the best price to performance tv out there with HDR at this size. The blacks are above average, motion scenes are average and less artifacts are noticed on better quality signals (4k, blu ray). Screen uniformity is average (there are slight shadows in the top right/left corners). The sound is the best I have heard from a tv at this price range. The HDR is worth it if you appreciate more detail in the picture. I use an OLED for my main tv watching but this tv has been suited my needs for casual watching in the bedroom.

I never would have imagined that I would buy a hisense tv. I observed all the tv's on display inside the store, I was looking for the clearest,best picture tv, one stood out. I walked over to view the name and it was : "HISENSE". I'm now the proud owner of a execellent tv, the picture quality is unmatched. I can never watch a regular tv again,UHD is the way to go. I'm totally impressed...

TV has a nice frame slim profile, decent color, and smart apps. Great features for its price range.

A 50 inch 4k tv for under 500 dollars. This tv was easy to setup and works very well nice picture sound is very good . I am not an expert but I am very happy with this. I would give it 5 stars but I have had it a about a month and it did hang up once . I had to pull the power plug to get to turn off once I turned it back on its been fine for the last 2 weeks . It may have been a fluke but with the 4 yr warranty I am less worried and since I bought from best buy I know they always do what's right if I have a problem in the next 30 or 60 days. If I don't have an issue again in the next 60 days then I will say the issue was a fluke .who knows it may have been my connection or something.

This is the steal of the year. The picture quality is outstanding at this price point and above. I have compared it to my friends Samsung 9500 and the 9500 is better. Is it $3000 better, NO. The opera system works great on this tv. I have had no issues with wi-fi dropping. If you are looking for a 4k tv in the $500-$2000 range this one is the deal to get. It now supports HDR10 with update. I am coming from a Panasonic that I really liked I bought a couple years ago, moved it to bedroom and replaced it with this HC8. If you are looking to get into 4K at a reasonable price jump on this deal.

Considered several options. Spoke to the Best Buy staff and decided this was the right product at the right price. Would recommend anyone looking for new TV consider. We brought it home, hooked it up, plugged it in and were watching our show within half hour. There are two very similar so look close at features and choose the one that best fits your needs. Picture is GREAT!

I went from a 32in tv to this 50in set. I am so glad I went with the 4k model with the dynamic response since more and movies are going that way. The colors are great, live football look live - its amazingly clear. Having 4 hdmi ports allows me to connect all my devices. I would buy this ty again without a question. Getting it on sale was a nice bonus too.

I was skeptical about this tv, 4K, smart 55” screen with HDR for such a low price, and with a 4 year warranty! There had to be a catch. I’ve owned it for about a year now and I am so happy with the purchase. I visit friends with 4K TVs with a better known name and I’m always amazed that my inexpensive Hisence has a better picture. I love it and the deal.

Very easy setup. Built in apps are great. Ease of getting to the right place is the best I have had. 4k is so sharp it is hard to believe. 4 year warranty is unparalleled. I can mirror my tablet with no problem. Definitely a best buy.

Purchased this TV in order to have access to 4K HDR content in conjunction with my XBox OneS. At first had some issues setting up TV to work with my XBox but issues were with the Xbox One S setup and not the TV. TV automatically registered and prompted to download latest firmware updates once internet connection was established. Initial setup was a breeze. Clearly the picture on this TV is not on par with some higher end HDR models, but is comparable and better than standard 4K TV offerings. Main difference is depth of colors, but picture quality is still remarkable. Best looking TV picture I've ever had in my home to date. You can see the imperfections on actor's faces, etc. Just amazing. Also came with a 4 year manufacturers warranty as an added bonus.
