I originally had the Westinghouse 50 inch 4k tv but after discovering it didn't have HDTV to support my Xbox one had to find a replacement set. So back to best buy and exchanged it for this model after reading the excellent reviews. If you have a Xbox one this is compatible and displays HDR resolution. Picture quality is amazing. I only have one 4k disc so far but quality was A+. Menu is very user friendly. Haven't tried apps yet as I have Xbox but it does support 5G network wich the Westinghouse did not. Setup to network was easy. Very happy with this purchase and wish I bought it in the first place.

Great HDTV 4K. The blacks are extremely black and is the whites are extremely white, which is a good thing. The only downside to this TV are the viewing angles aren't the best but I use it in the bedroom for a direct view in front of it. I bought the TV on sale for under $400 and it was better than Samsung or Sony and the price made it even better!

I bought this for a friend who was looking for a tv that was not too expensive but would provide great video and audio. He is simply elated with this product. And for me, it was so easy to set up.

I was looking to get a 4K tv without breaking the bank. I specifically wanted a 4K tv with HDR. This tv absolutely does the job. I’ve had it for almost a year as of now, and it has given me zero issues. I admit to being a bit weary initially, as it’s not a Sony or Samsung or another big tech name, but don’t let that stop you. I actually am looking to go even bigger (from 50” to 65”) and am not even considering another brand. There is absolutely no reason to spend twice the amount for a “big name brand”, when you can get the same quality picture for less.

My concern was the Brand name ...I had never heard the name Hisense before so I looked them up on the Internet. They have been in the Electroincs business in China since the early 1970's & have been manufacturing TV's for many years. They also Purchased SHARP last year to enhance their technology in TV's. They are the first to offer a 4 year on site Warranty on all their 4K productrs. Since we set this TV up it has a great picture with all the features they say this Model offers.

Went to BBY expecting to buy the LG I'd looked at online, but looking at the two side by side, the Hisense had a much better picture. Pro's - Great picture quality, especially on 4k content. Starts up quick. My $2500 Sony smart TV takes a minute or two before you can change channels, etc. Con's - Sound could be better, but for the price is good. May add a soundbar. Remote volume and channel buttons are towards the bottom of the remote making it a little awkward to hold, and would like a timer function on the remote since use in the bedroom. Have to go in through settings to set. Legs could be sturdier.

We've had this for about a year and it's turned out to be a great purchase. Very clean, bright picture and sound so good that you wouldn't even think about needing a sound bar or speakers. It's plenty loud enough to fill the entire room on only volume 10 and it goes up to 50.

I've had an LG ultra high def for about 8 months now before purchasing this one for my bedroom. Unlike the Hisense it did not have HDR and I really didn't think I was missing out on anything. Boy was I wrong. The first time I watched HD video upscaled to UHD and saw the HDR in action my mind was BLOWN! There are many way more expensive tv's on the market right now but side by side with this low priced model the hisense still seems to "out shine" some of its more expensive competitors. I also use this for PC gaming in UHD and WOW! Don't have one yet......Get One!

First, let me say that the image of the tv is great, also is the price. You can't find any other HDR tv's on the market for under $700 when this tv was released. The smart tv aspect of this sucks and it has a TON of spam apps that can NOT be removed or even moved around on the menu system. You can't even hide the stupid apps. Also, they app market is fairly limited. The image of the tv is good though and it's not an ugly design, just make sure you get yourself a 4k Roku or an Apple TV for the smart aspect. I would personally stay away from Amazon's Fire devices. Not a fan.

This TV is awesome! For the price you simply can't beat it. My Daughter has a curved Samsung she paid 1200,00 bucks for and I can't tell the difference in picture quality. The one drawback is the side views. When you look at it from an angle the color gets washed out. So you must sit in front of it to get the best picture. DVD's are incredible!! Even your old non blue rays look great. What an Nice upgrade. Don't hesitate to buy it and give it s chance. With a 4 year warranty how could you go wrong?

I got recommended this Tv through one of the Best Buy employees. He said they have never had a return on these and are a fraction of the cost then the other TVS out there. It's also 4K which any other 4K Tv out there is at least a Grand or two and why pay that when it's still in development. This TV offers a sweet looking piticure and has plenty of HDMI outlets to boot. (4) I don't use it to much, but it is a smart Tv and can do so much which I have yet to even scratch the surface of. With everything you get with this Tv I'd totally recommend it!

I have had this tv for awhile now. I wanted something on a budget that offers 4k but with HDR. TV has been working great with the Xbox one s and PS4 Pro. It's been a great all around tv. Watch blu rays and have not had a problem.

Was looking for a bigger screen 1080p tv in the lower price range. Saw this within the range and decided to try this out because I'm new to 4k but didn't want to spend thousands of dollars. Wasn't expecting too much for a cheaper 4k brand, but i must say, i am impressed. The quality is great and it already comes with apps that stream 4k, so i don't need to spend another $120 to buy a roku 4. I do realize that the other high-end brands have better picture quality and features, but for 4k newbies like me, this $379 50" tv with HDR is a steal!

Great picture and sound and the price is awesome for the size and specifications. My only complaint is that’s there is not a centrally located TV base. So, if you’re not going to mount your TV, measure your TV stand, to make sure the wide legs will fit.

This TV is excellent entry TV with HDR. HDR is very cleary work. I found only one downside thing is sleep timer. I hope the timer button on the remote, but there isn't. So I have to go to the setting and then do timer.

The picture and sound quality are incredible for the price. However, I was disappointed to only have a select few apps built in to classify it as a smart tv. I still need a chromecast/firestick/roku to get Hulu and other popular media streaming apps.

I have seen this brand all over Asia when I travelled but didnt think anything of it. We purchased this for a construction jobsite trailer for construction photos and scheduling. This gives a clean image that we are proud to show our clients the progress on their construction projects. Well worth the money, considering its the cheapest 4k you will find.

In short, great TV for the price. Vivid color, great contrast, 4K, built-in Netflix and Amazon (with their own buttons on the remote), and HDR processing (though, from what I've read it does not have the increased color palette found in true HDR screens). It only gets 4 stars because it does display some screen jitter on occasion and has locked up a couple of times which has required unplugging it and plugging it back in. Being that we don't have cable and use our antenna on occasion, it would be nice if it had an over-the-air TV guide...all it displays is info for the current show.
