    Very disappointed with the picture quality, but to be fair, it’s a $200 tv. Either way, it’s 2024, it claims to be in 4K but it’s choppy when I plug in a Roku stick

    I was happy with the TV 24 days after buying it. The setup was straightforward. I already had a Google TV, so I was familiar with the interface. Then, a row of pixels appeared across the screen. It was displaying the image from a few inches below that row. I tried everything: power cycling, updating, and resetting it. I will be returning for a refund and buying a different brand.

    I hate this TV. I have nothing but issues with the Google system. I wish to God that I had gone with the Roku TV I originally went in there for. Actually looking at exchanging it. A lot of people have been happy with them. I've just had a bad experience.

    Hisense does not honor warranty

    TV stopped working in under a year and Hisense would not honor manufacture warranty. Claibee it had to be physically damaged. This was 1 of 5 tvs I bought and 4 stopped working. Do not buy from. This company.

    Pretty decent, sure wish my computer would do a wireless display connection. I am struggling to get the advertised hz as well. Got for a nice deal but wouldn’t suggest looking elsewhere for gaming.

    Never got the colors to pop as brightly as I wanted and then a horizontal black line suddenly appeared out of nowhere without prior cord or screen issues. Overall a major let down.

    Poor service by untrained employees

    TV is fine but Best Buy billed me for 2 when I only ordered and picked up 1 television. Clerk insisted on me inserting my credit card at time of pick up which created a duplicate charge. That duplicate charge is now in dispute through my credit card services.

    I received this TV with a black spot on the screen. I had to returned at the store and got TCL TV instead.

    Good TV for secondary bedroom tv or kids room, picture is so much better then TCL 5 series (which I returned because it was a terrible tv ) and cost the same now or less on sale, sound is not great but ok at least you have 6 or 7 band equalizer to play with it, much brighter then TCL (had to keep it at 95-100 brightness where here 60 to 70 it's plenty enough)

    This is a great television. It has great picture quality although it is not OLED. The sound is great. I had planned on buying a soundbar but it is not needed. If you need a good TV at a good price you will not go wrong with this one.

    Great tv - love it! Not great customer service the just go around - sales associate used the wrong account for the purchase and put it in someone else’s name. Second time I went to the store they were very nice and helped fix the problem. Wish I hadn’t had to go twice and wish that when the online chat confirmed that the wrong account had been used that they could have fixed it.

    Power cord too short for wall mounting

    Setup was easy, picture is sharp. But just finished installing it on a wall mount. Not much time spent with it yet. It's a guest room tv. Only problem is that the power cord is too short. Ordered another tv a 65" for wall mounting an that mount is higher on wall. Have to hope that power cord is not as short.
