I love this tv got on a deal on black friday ! It was easy to install

Best Buy’s “excellent” guarantee on this Open Box TV. It was delivered haphazardly with tape barely securing the TV, which had minimal packing to keep it secure inside. It was also missing pieces to safely & securely station the TV to actually use it. Customer service for fixing that issue was nil. I was actually told by one of their chatters that I would have to go into a nearby store and buy the missing pieces. Not worth the hassle for a deal I could find on Amazon for a brand new TV with all the right pieces.

Review is not regarding the TV but Best buy. The packaging was damaged but we were assured that TV is safe, so we trusted them and got it home. After unboxing and setup when we removed the protective films. Thats when found a huge damage hidden behind one of the film. The screen was busted on the corner on the exact spot the packaging was damaged but was hidden behind the edge protection.

Lasted less than a week, I was setting it up and as I was doing so I had to grip the edge of the screen and you can guess what happened. With the smallest amount of pressure it's just trashed. I think Id rather have a TV with a frame...

HDMI ports way too close together and there is a bump within 2 inches making it impossible to connect a Roku or fire stick directly. Plus one of the ports doesn’t work at all.

Bought this tv on sale on black Friday in 2024 for $200 to replace an open box Samsung Q60 I purchased in 2022 open box for $560 (the Samsung died after just 2 years of ownership which was criminal but happens I guess). Long story short, we needed a tv to replace our bedroom one and decided on this model expecting the colors, contrast, and viewing experience to be a step down from our old Samsung. Much to our surprise however while the form factor of this tv is larger than the Q60, the image quality is substantially better. We were genuinely blown away at price to value this tv offers and suspect most of you buying this would be thrilled. For comparison our main living room tv is a top of the line Sony OLED that costs 3k and while this TV isn’t going to be on par with our OLED, it certainly had us missing the brightness you can get in an LCD like this one, alongside really wondering if it’s worth it to buy such expensive TVs when this one does such a good job for the money.

I love this tv. To be honest I was a bit skeptical considering its low price point, but this tv does not disappoint. The remote is amazing. The buttons have a firm click and they feel really great to use, unlike some other remotes that have really mushy buttons that go bad after a while and you have to press really hard to get any sort of feedback or function. As for the tv itself, AMAZING! The screen, oh my god the screen… it’s gorgeous. The qled display alone makes this tv worth purchasing. The darks are really dark, and the display is very vibrant and clear while also being smooth. It’s not 100+hz so it’s not gonna be the best for gaming in that regard, but it was in no way bad when I was playing cod on my Xbox. For the 200$ price that I got this tv for, I absolutely love it and recommend anyone who’s on the fence to just go for it. Sound quality is debatable I mean it’s a tv, they’re not supposed to have amazing sound. The speakers work, they sound good for movies and games. They probably wont be the best for music as tv speakers lack bass but again, it’s a tv…

TV is bright with vivid colors. Excellent value. Main downside is the picture fades a little when viewing from the side so if your room is wide with a wide viewing angle, I would look for another TV. This TV is good for a bedroom where most people will view while on the be which is usually directly in from of TV.

I purchased this TV for my mom as a christmas gift as her was going out. Having a Hisense myself, I enjoyed it so I figured she would too especially since she was tired of her Roku TV. So far, its been almost a year now from the date of purchase and she has loved every minute of it. From the picture quality right out of the box, to the better audio, and the larger size (her previous TV was 40" compared to this tv) Google TV has been fantastic, it just works. The audio is great even without a sound bar or surround sound. It gets loud yet still clear. Of course there is little to no bass due to internal speaker size however, that is to be expected. All in all, I would purchase again. In fact, I already have, for my living room, just bigger!

Product has nice display and sound quality. It is very lightweight making it easy to install solo on a wall mount. Very user friendly.

Price is very good. Picture quality is very good, especially for the price. Quality is very good. My only dislike is that I have another Hisense SmartTV and it uses Roku and this one uses GoogleTV. Both are good but I prefer Roku. It is easier and more intuitive to use. Not a big knock; just a preference.

Beautiful picture on this tv. Doesn't lag at all while at the menus. Great tv, especially for the price.

Thats is hands down 5* rated performance television for the price. It’s absolutely unbelievable how beautiful the picture is on this tv. Looking at the resolution will make you think it’s worth spending a bit more then it’s actual cost.

This flatscreen was perfect fit for our large bedroom and offers a clear picture with great sound. I did opt to add a sound bar just because I wanted to have premium sound with movies but it would have been good even without that upgrade using the tvs own speakers. Highly recommend to other buyers looking not to break the bank but get a great deal and quality product all at the same time.

The Hisense QD5 is a nice TV for the price! Good picture using the FireStick 4K. I am pleasantly surprised based on the price of the TV that the picture and sound quality are both as good as they are. TVs in the same price range did not appear as bright and vivid in the store. This does not compare with the high end TVs, of course, but depending on your needs I suggest you give this a look.

My Tv works so well, and does not lag at all. I noticed with the Samsung brand, it would always lag for some reason. I love the athestic look, and great quality!!!

I bought this TV for the master bedroom. My thinking originally was, "i don't want to spend a lot because it's not going to get used quite as much". Boy, was I impressed! It's clarity, colors, and features give my more expensive living room tv a run for its money! I also bought it for the Google TV feature as most of my smart home works with Google. Everything pairs seamlessly. If I had to have one complaint it would be sound quality...this could be because I'm so used to our other TV but it seems a little less "full" sounding if that makes sense. Either way not a huge issue that can't be fixed with a soundbar or pairing headphones like I do. So yeah, if you want a decent looking, feature packed tv for a really good price, I'd definitely consider it! 100% would buy again

Unbeatable at this price point. Picture quality and brightness dont leave much to be desired.
