Review is not regarding the TV but Best buy. The packaging was damaged but we were assured that TV is safe, so we trusted them and got it home. After unboxing and setup when we removed the protective films. Thats when found a huge damage hidden behind one of the film. The screen was busted on the corner on the exact spot the packaging was damaged but was hidden behind the edge protection.

HDMI ports way too close together and there is a bump within 2 inches making it impossible to connect a Roku or fire stick directly. Plus one of the ports doesn’t work at all.

I was in the market for a new monitor and decided to go with this tv instead I have had the frames per second in gaming but I wanted quality and quality I got. This 50 inch qled does not disappoint it's not very expensive and has great visual quality. The thing I noticed the most was how smooth the motion in the picture was. The colors are more defined also. I would recommend this tv

Price is very good. Picture quality is very good, especially for the price. Quality is very good. My only dislike is that I have another Hisense SmartTV and it uses Roku and this one uses GoogleTV. Both are good but I prefer Roku. It is easier and more intuitive to use. Not a big knock; just a preference.

Great TV for the money . Got it for my wife’s office and she loves it . Picture quality and sound are great and easy to use.

Bought this tv on sale on black Friday in 2024 for $200 to replace an open box Samsung Q60 I purchased in 2022 open box for $560 (the Samsung died after just 2 years of ownership which was criminal but happens I guess). Long story short, we needed a tv to replace our bedroom one and decided on this model expecting the colors, contrast, and viewing experience to be a step down from our old Samsung. Much to our surprise however while the form factor of this tv is larger than the Q60, the image quality is substantially better. We were genuinely blown away at price to value this tv offers and suspect most of you buying this would be thrilled. For comparison our main living room tv is a top of the line Sony OLED that costs 3k and while this TV isn’t going to be on par with our OLED, it certainly had us missing the brightness you can get in an LCD like this one, alongside really wondering if it’s worth it to buy such expensive TVs when this one does such a good job for the money.

The Hisense QD5 is a nice TV for the price! Good picture using the FireStick 4K. I am pleasantly surprised based on the price of the TV that the picture and sound quality are both as good as they are. TVs in the same price range did not appear as bright and vivid in the store. This does not compare with the high end TVs, of course, but depending on your needs I suggest you give this a look.

I bought this TV for the master bedroom. My thinking originally was, "i don't want to spend a lot because it's not going to get used quite as much". Boy, was I impressed! It's clarity, colors, and features give my more expensive living room tv a run for its money! I also bought it for the Google TV feature as most of my smart home works with Google. Everything pairs seamlessly. If I had to have one complaint it would be sound quality...this could be because I'm so used to our other TV but it seems a little less "full" sounding if that makes sense. Either way not a huge issue that can't be fixed with a soundbar or pairing headphones like I do. So yeah, if you want a decent looking, feature packed tv for a really good price, I'd definitely consider it! 100% would buy again

TV is bright with vivid colors. Excellent value. Main downside is the picture fades a little when viewing from the side so if your room is wide with a wide viewing angle, I would look for another TV. This TV is good for a bedroom where most people will view while on the be which is usually directly in from of TV.

Couldnt be happier with the television. Picture is great. Navigation is simple. Added a soundbar for a more immersive experience. At the low price point its a steal. Never had this brand before but Id say Im more satisfied with it then my 65 inch Vizio.

I needed to replace my Sony Bravia due to a vertical black line that appeared, also the screen was impossible to clean. After much debate I chose the Hisense and I am very pleased with the picture and ease of setup. Of course, the price has fallen since I purchased it last Sunday.

Very good cheap tv i purchased the 50 inch for 229 it has the same google tv features as my more expensive tcl q7 so if your wanting goodle tv instead of fire tv this is a great deal I've had this tv for 6 months it gets played around 12 hours a day i haven't had any issues and it has really good sound its perfect for a bedroom if you want a little better tv get the tcl q6 on sale for about 50 dollars more but this tv is a bargain if you can get it under 250

The guitar it self is easy set up great picture and great sound . The hey google voice feature is not all that it's cracked up to be . Even so great TV at a GREAT price .

Needed a 50 inch and couldn’t beat the price for the Black Friday deals. Under $200 for a QLED TV is fantastic. Plays great, super sharp and clear. I would for sure highly recommend if you are looking for a budget, 50 in QLED.

I was very skeptical buying a Hitense TV as I was not familiar with that brand TV. I am pleasantly surprised! The picture quality is excellent and I am extremely happy with the embedded Google TV.

My first purchase other than an LG and I must say that this Hisense TV is very impressive. It is light weight, and easy to assemble and operate. I am happy with this purchase.
