I bought one then returned it. The platform of fire TV was the main reason why I returned it. Not enjoyable honestly. Google tv platform much better. TCL better sharpness and brighter.

TV looked great in store got home and hooked it up and entire right side of screen was a lot darker than the left. Looked up fixes online and it said a total reset was needed. Looked good for about 1 week then started to fade and apps took forever to load or would kick us out in the middle of a show. After resetting TV 4 times in 3 weeks we returned it and got an LG which is what we went in to buy and were talked out of it by a salesman. Do not buy

I brought the tv back. The picture was ok it the motion for sports was horrible. I need a 120 htz not 60.
The remote lagged badly and sometimes the tv froze with no response.

Great TV until it wasn't

TV worked great for about 3 weeks, just past the return date. Now the picture flickers and rolls about once a day. If i unplug it the issue is resolved for a day or 2. Hisense customer service hasnt been helpful.

Wanted a TV that would be able to download the Spectrum App - was told in store that it could be and it can't. Called Spectrum and they verified it. I don't want to buy a Roku or other stick. Getting something else.

Poor quality kept returning to the home screen while streaming. When I contacted the company they sent an email saying a technician might field destroy the tv including the screen. Then they would decide to send me another or give me a refund based on inventory.

Stunning Picture with Smart Features
The Hisense QD7 delivers impressive performance for its price point. The quantum dot panel provides deep, rich colors and excellent contrast, making movies and games look amazing. I especially appreciate the brightness levels, which hold up well in bright rooms. The Google TV OS is snappy, easy to navigate, and supports all major streaming apps. I recently bout the 50 inch QD7 model. The picture quality was beyond impressive. The picture just pops at you right out of the box!!
The TV was also very user friendly when it came to set up and adding all of the streaming apps that we use in our household.
The voice remote and easy of navigating through the menu was also a great feature!

The Hisense QD7 (50QD7QF) really impressed me. The contrast is crisp, colors are deep, and the brightness is excellent. It’s especially great for gaming—super sharp and responsive. The sound is solid, and the Google TV OS makes streaming easy. I also love the voice control and Alexa support. The picture quality on this Hisense is noticeably better. Great value overall!

The purchase of the 50 inch QD7 TV was one of the best items I have bought in a while. This TV has so many wonderful features for the price.
The screen quality, easy of navigation through the menu, and the overall app experience is one of the best I have seen in TVs.
