    Wow! What a nice the with almost 600 nits too. It's not a u6k but close. Ratings.com gives this Qled TV good ratings. Especially for darker rooms like your bedroom. It's really a pretty set and I'm very happy with my purchase.

    I have never had such a bad experience in my 15+ years dealing with BestBuy. They did not fix my problem and instead of reading the notes, my TV was not able to be replaced and they shore changed me by $200 to replace my tv. I will still have to call management and request help! Thinking about leaving BestBuy after this experience!

    Less than six months old and has developed a line of pixels that are not lighting up at all. The whole row is dead across the middle of the tv screen.

    Supposed to be a qled but it's not sharp like a Samsung qled. The picture is kind of hazy no matter how I adjust it.

However, the upscaling procedure doesn't transform a lower resolution into a higher one; it's more of an approximation. Consequently, an image upscaled to fit the pixel count of a TV screen won't resemble an image originally filmed in 4K.     The OS is slow and quirky. Apps freeze often. Sometimes thing start to scroll uncontrollably regardless of trying to stop it with the remote. Picture quality is fine.

    WORST PURCHASE EVER

    Bought this 55 inch Hisense Roku…..then my tv mysteriously stopped working and will ONLY flash from intro sign on screen to blank continuously. Hisense has been of no assistance and Roku continues to email me that they are “working “ on seeking a solution;however, a solution has NOT been found. I will NEVER purchase anothur HISENSE OR ROKU TV again
