Great specs but the brand has WiFI issues, RAM issues and BlueTooth issues. With the bloatwear, RAM is grossly insufficient unless you only add a couple apps. So you add a Roku and TV doesn't play nicely with Roku. Constant issues with WiFi connection and now issues connecting a BT speaker. Standard customer support is factory reset.

Very poor

HDMI failed to recognize signals

Additionally the sound would consistently cut out as well. The HDMI issue is well documented on the web. The picture was beautiful and thr Android OS was great. But I had to return ot bc it was a dud. Apparently Consumer Reports took Hisense off thr recommended list due to an excessive number of quality issues. Back to Samsung i go...

To reduce judder/ display motion blur, Motion Enhancement (image interpolation) increase the motion rate to 240 Hz by creating new frames and inserting them in-between frames. If you are interested in a TV that has an option to turn off the feature, we suggest that you check out our U7G series. Bad balance. High res, hurts to look at it.

Some say this is good value, most say if this is all you can afford go for it, I disagree. Scope out a brand TV for this price, check open box, refurbished, you won't be happy with this tv.

Well balanced TV

The picture is amazing and has so many options to tune it to your liking. There are also several presets, "standard" looks wonderful! It is a modern looking set that even looks great off. *turn off the power led, it's rather bold and bright. The tiny slim bezels are impressive.(the tv it's replacing had 2" bezels all around) Setup was the easiest I have experienced on a smart TV so far. Having the android tv built in is a nice convenience, However I prefer the 4k Firestick, so I use that instead. I also have it hooked up to a home reciever for better sound, even though this TV does sound unexpectedly good on its own. So far I am very happy with this 4k TV. You get so much more for your money these days. (regarding TVs anyway) I think Hisense is my new favorite brand. Beautiful TV at a wonderful price point
