Overall pleased with purchase. Tv needed to be reset to factory settings, apparently not done by BB? After that setup was fine. Condition wise tv looked fine.

Hisense google smart tv is hard to set up. The google tv is not all friendly. Google Hisense tv only allow you to select from their preset preferred or company sponsored apps. Set up took several hours. Blue tooth connect to headphones after some setting adjustment work fine. Background is slightly dark with some night sowing movies. Color is not great but considering the cost of the tv is ok. Remote control is very simple. When switching between apps it jumps to a utility menu. My last Hisense tv lasted between 2-3 years.

I purchased this Hiaense u6 because of a positive experience with the u8 Google TV. This is nowhere near as stable as that one. In the two weeks I've had it, I have had to unplug and replug it twice to recover from freezing / unresponsiveness. When it works, the picture and sound are pretty good.

I love this TV. For the money you can't beat the quality. I use this for my PC monitor and it rips. You can't even touch a decent monitor that does what this does for less than $500.

Bought this TV for my bed room wall. Picture is Excellent, Having Google TV apps is a big plus as you can use Netflix, Disney+ and YouTube without having your phone.

Tv is user friendly. Functions. Quality. Reliability thus far A plus. Like a charm!

Love the TV. However, the color is not as good when viewed from an angle and from a distance.

Visually, it looks great but the sound is not the best.

So far I am pleased with this set. To note it replaces a Hissense same size from 2 Years ago where the older one lost its panel and they could not replace the panel so since i had the warranty on the first Hissense they replaced it with this one. I feel a bit better all around to date.

Great 4k TV at an affordable price point. Best Buy definitely has what you need and want.

I don’t think this is a good TV. I returned mine to BB. It gives everything everything a video, soap opera look. There are settings that help, but it’s very difficult to find one that eliminates this look. Also, it aggressively tries to get you sign up for Google features and streaming channels. The unit I bought was defective. It emitted loud thumps randomly every 20 minutes or so when it was off! I called Hisense support twice the second time they told me this was a known issue and the TV was defective and that I should return it… which I did, but for a different brand.

It's a decent TV. I wouldn't say at all it's "impressive". Upon delivery, the bottom, rear shell was loose from one of its snaps (nice first impression). I closed it and continued on in an immediate state of "wow, this is not a great start", "where's the qc on this thing before it hits the box?", "great, hope the screen is in tact". Not wonderful feelings to have immediately after spending nearly $400.00.......... Thankfully, everything else appeared to be fine and I went ahead and mounted it to my wall. The google interface is overall good, but for whatever reason, the digital channel tuner decides to randomly stop picking up channels (I check my other TV and it picks them up fine). The screen when viewing dark, or nearly black scenes is very VERY dirty looking (cloudy, uneven saturation in patches). Brightness is another "bright" spot. It gets bright and works well in a bright room. The optical audio out will can't seem to be configured to initiate a power on for my sound bar. Not cool, budget Samsung could do that. eArc isn't my favorite option here, but that 's what I'm stuck with. It's a bulky TV. The back lighting it noticeably further back from the LED panel itself if you look up close. I'm not sure after opening a similar priced Samsung (tv this replaced which I had also bought from Best Buy...Not a good trend with BestBuy lately buying TVs. Anyway, on that tv the screen was shot, known issue with them, but it was a thinner TV), why these things need to be so fat now? Just because it's a value TV it has to be thick and filled with air? I don't get it. Looks to me there's plenty of room to squeeze this thing down. Overall, for the price compared to its competitors, I'm not that impressed. It is loaded with features, but who knows how long and how well google will support and update any issues knowing their track record. Not sure how everyone thinks so highly of this thing? Are a bunch of these paid? It's not honestly that amazing at all. Just a super duper stellarly average TV.
