My calls to Best Buy and Hisense to fix this problem were mixed counterdictory and not helpful. After resetting the TV and attempting to update the software I still do not have the problem fixed. I guess I will have to learn to live with the intermittent pixel breakups. I will never buy another Hisense TV.

It took some blunt force trauma before i bought and received it. That 2 year protection plan will save an issue of that nature but unfortunately i didnt get it.

The built in apps are really slow. Also there was an issue with the color. It would change to different shades of colors or the colors would disappear.
