      Hi! We have released the HDR firmware update in the end of September. If you would like to download the Firmware over-the-air, ensure you are connected to your Wifi Network and turn on your TV early in the morning to enter the queue for OTA. If you do not receive a prompt update or would like to complete the update manually, please contact our support center at 1-888-935-8880 to request a USB or email download be sent to you. Hisense
