To start this this is the best tv that I have ever owned. I wasn’t sure about the brand but decide to give it a try after my old DLP tv died. Overall I am very happy with this purchase, The picture quality is excellent and the price is a great value for the features you get.

My husband and I are both very pleased with the entire purchasing experience with Best Buy. The Hisense 4K was very affordable. I didn't think we could find the high resolution for under $400. Although we had not heard of that brand before, we decided to try it. We also purchased a sound bar for half off at $49.00 which really enhances the sound. Delivery was FREE and the two delivery men removed our old, 65" projection tv for a $15 charge. We saved so much on the 4K tv that we bought the longest service agreement available. Total purchase with everything was under $700. There are a variety of choices for the color you would like on the tv remote, so you can select what you need. We went with factory default and are VERY pleased.

Is been two years since I bought this tv and I haven’t had any problems, picture is great sound I have to tweak the settings in order to get a great picture not a big deal, better than the more expensive tv out there for sure.

I bought a 50-inch Hisense about a year ago for my living room, and it just wasn't quite big enough so I decided to go a little bigger I didn't want to overpower the living room with a 65 inch so I went with the 55-inch. It worked out perfectly for what I needed.

Bought the tv to replace an old one. Never heard of the brand before but it turned out to be a good purchase

Been wanting a 4k tv for awhile. Read good reviews for this tv so when i saw it was 399 i grabbed it. So far love it. Great picture!

Picture quality not the greatest but for the price this TV is a great buy. Would definitely recommend it.

I was skeptical but did some research and the TV does not disappoint. Exceptional quality for very low price. Put it in the family room and picture is sharp and crystal clear with great sound quality. I am buying another Hisense for another room.

After talking to a TV salesman he convinced me that there's not much of a difference between buying a big name brand tv versus one that's not as expensive. He was right the picture looks amazing and I didn't have to spend a ton of money for a 4K tv. Great buy I would definitely recommend.

Would buy again. Great price. Staff at Jefferson City store are the best.

Great little TV for the price. One caveat is that I couldn't possibly care less about the smart TV functions, I use an Xbox for that stuff. But as far as picture & sound go, it's really impressive for a few hundred bucks.

Overall this is a basic 4k and it does have a fine picture and sound. However the media formats to watch using your USB stick and hard drive the software needs to be updated. Also doesn't have a lot of apps to choose from.

Purchased this TV to replace a 70 in that broke after 3 yr warranty expired. The Hisense came with 5 yr warranty, totally surprised that this brand was just as good as other Manufactures don't be fooled this is a good TV

Love this tv! Picture is excellent. Has you tube and even a web browser! The only Thing it doesn't have is a RCA audio out. But that was easly fixed with a digital audio out to rca convertor.it cost $29.

Was hesitant to purchase this brand when the store associate brought it to my attention as I had planned on purchasing Samsung brand. The price was irresistible for this large 4K and I must say that I'm very pleased with it thus far.

It is what I was looking for in a tv. Love that it is a smart tv.

Was shopping for inexpensive tv and trying to get the best options available. Came across this and have been very happy, sound and picture are great and has plenty usb for all my additional devices. Very pleased with this purchase
