They will not honor their warranty. There was no picture and during a call with Hisense support I was advised to tap on the screen by the the support person. This caused the screen to crack. Now Hisense says it is not covered by warranty due to "accidental" damage. Damage that was caused by me doing what I was told to do by Hisense.
