    Personally after some time with this Tv I don’t like it. It turns off or goes to the Tv home page when you try to turn on the spectrum box. Then from time to time the screen like acts up and you just see green lines over the channel. I bought a Samsung for my living room and I prefer a Samsung smart Tv I’m definitely getting rid of Hisense never again

    Hisense Management reply to a black screen on a TV I purchased less than 1 year ago to be used as a Google Slide Monitor for my business: "These TV's are for home use if you use them in commercial space the warranty is void" "Throw the TV away and purchase a new one or find a local repair man to see if it can be fixed"

    bought July of 2021 while watching tv screen flashed and turned off, tried to restart and turned on for just a flash of picture, then it turned off again. now will not start. 450 dollars down the drain. barely 3 months out of warranty. what a rip off. buyer beware

    Exchanged for (LG 55" perfect) Because Hisence has horrible audio/Voice mismatched lips. Not in sync!! Ex: News ch. anchor speaks. there is a delay!!! A second later the lips move!!! Like a bad foreign movie #Godzilla...

    No display right out of the box. There was audio, but nothing showed on the screen. Returned, and unfortunately a replacement was out of stock. Unfortunately, my only option was to go up a size. Both my 50" that I purchased a while ago, and the 65" that I exchanged for work great.

    Tv wont turn on 23 days after purchase!!!! Best buy wont return and hisense is taking forever on their 1 year warranty. Buyer beware!
