    Disappointed. It only lasted 2 months and then the screen went black, and unresponsive. Tried contacting Hisense about warranty with no response.

    Barely (8) months and the television is no longer working. After researching this issue, the mother board has gone out. This is a known issue this these televisions.

    Ill never buy hisence again. 8 months of light use and its broke. Im glad i got Geeksquad protection. They gave me most of my purchase price back. .$275 i got back. So not a total loss. Im going back to LG brand or anything but hisence. They should get in some type of legal trouble for all the junk tvs they sold. The amount of failures is insane. Stay clear of Hisence / Toshiba

    This tv was disappointing to begin with and 2 1/2 years in it is even worse. Built in sound is terrible. It works better with a sound bar, but even then it can be finicky and lose the connection. It’s fully stopped functioning several times and I had to reset it to get it to work again. The best way to use it is to not connect to any account through the tv itself and use a set top box as a hub instead. I should have known with a goofy name like Hisense but I was tempted by the low price. You get what you pay for and this tv is cheap in quality.

    Stunning 4k Picture for a budget 55"...WOW!

    This is really a 4.5 for me, and I'm rating it based on the value (ie. I wouldn't compare this to my 82" QLED per se, ha). Anyway, I am pleasantly surprised at the amazing picture this tv offers, especially since I paid under $350 for it. My only problem with it was perhaps an oversight on my part. During my research, I was convinced this offered the Spectrum app. It did not, so I had to purchase a Roku, which I really, really like (quick response, etc). Nonetheless, I had researched many 4k TVs in this price range, and I am so glad I chose this one. You truly are getting a great value on this tv, even if you paid up to $450.

    Avoid Hisense at ALL cost. Purchased 3 of these. 1 for me, 1 for my mother and 1 for my store. After 2 years, all 3 bricked within 2 months of each other. Support is badz warranty is limited and they won't do anything except refer you where to purchase another. Had this been a single TV, may have figured a fluke, but now that all 3 died in the same manner, seems deliberate. Reddit forums seems to be full of numerous people also runnning into this. Again, avoid and find a mlre reliable brand

    Hinsense 58 inch TV lifeless after 14 months

    Purchased a Hisense Roku TV . Great pic while it worked, however a few months after warranty the power button flashed red and will not turn on. Support will not do much without receipt, not even a credit to purchase a new one. Nothing. Was told to go back to where you purchased it (Best Buy). Very disappointed. Take a gamble and buy if you want a tv for 13-16 months otherwise choose another brand. Google "Hisense red blinking/flashing light" and you will find a surprising number of hits for this. Was told, in my case the motherboard. Yup. Faulty motherboard in less than 2 years. Good luck
