Hands down worst television Ive ever owned. This tv will send you to its home page randomly, no matter what you're doing. Watching tv? Not anymore, look at the smart hub. Playing an online game? Now you're dead, welcome to the smart hub. It also randomly turns itself off, signs itself out of Google, the picture will just go out whenever it feels like it, and the remote will unsync itself to where you have to hard reset the television. I've never owned a TV that takes up to 5 minutes to turn on just because it refuses to cooperate. Barely owned this thing a year and I'm considering tossing it out for something new. Will never buy Hisense again.

I bought this less than 6 months ago. already died on me. tried to reset. just red light flashing. customer service not much help. i shouldn't have to need repair 6 months in after spending hundred. never buying any product from hisense ever again. avoid them like the plague. i have a VERY old smart TV from element that's still kicking. Look like that's what i'll be going with in the future.

I bought this TV a little over a year ago. The sound was always going up and down, but i put up with that. Picture was great. Then two weeks ago the TV turned off and would not come back on. I had to go out and buy another TV to replace it. I will never buy another Hisense. The quality stinks.

Had issues since i got the tv

This is the worst experience i ever had with a tv. From day 1 i had issues with this tv not turning on every so often to the point i had to unplug the tv and plug back in about once a week. Eventually that slowed down and became once a month. The tv also had a habit of rebooting randomly at times. The best thing about the tv is the android tv operating system, wich also could have ben its downfall for such a low specd tv . Tv constantly freezes the apps are buggy for instance hulu no matter what i do sometimes hulu jus displays a black screen when clicking on movie or show. Now the major issue wit this tv is not even a full year or maybe just a lil past a year my tv wont power on no matter what i try. Worst thing is i cant find my receipt to rember date of purchase and send for reepair so now this is $400 sumtin dollars thrown away smh im so appaled even through all the problems i tried to stick it out with this tv just for it to give up on me. During the most important time of the year to have a tv . I cant get any technical support on hisense end so now i just have to buy a new tv but it sure wont be hisense that i guarantee i recommend nobody buy this brand as well as toshiba and sharp they are all the same company

Picked up this tv on 6/14/21 went black 9/26/22. 15 mths this tv lasted before if turned off and won't turn back on. Just lasted long enough for the warranty to lapse. Even when it did work it was a constant struggle to use with the constant notifications about storage space, we only had maybe 10 streaming apps on it. DO NOT BUY THIS TV, keep looking!
