This TV is slow in many ways. The remote channel selector, turning it on and selecting apps are all very slow. Also, the sound options are not great. You will need a good soundbar. If I could return it, I would.

I have many TVs, and have given away a decent amount of TVs to friends and family that were in need of a TV. Some of the TVs around the house are 13 years old and they are still working. I bought this after reading reviews about it being a good cheap TV. In about 1 and a half year the TV just stops turning on and after seeing some reviews I see it's very common place for this to occur. I would recommend passing up on this TV even though the picture quality is good it is not worth the short shelf life. Contacted tech support as well and they say call a technician. I searched their website for a replacement main board and its around roughly 110 dollars and if you get a technician who knows how much they'll charge... not worth the hassle.

Great Picture and sound. Easy to setup and use. Paired with WiFi with ease!

Purchased May 7 2021, tv died on new years 2023. When it worked it worked great.. speakers leave much to be desired. The only problem with this tv is will it last you long enough to enjoy?maybe actually get a warranty with this guy especially if you get him at a goodprice

Frequent issues with returning to main page. It was turning off on its own. Only lasted about 16 months. Main power board gave out quickly. Google voice did not want to work with remote. Decent screen quality.

I will say the picture quality is awesome, a big step up from Sceptre 1080p tv that I had for 6 years. The 4K is a big step up and it shows. But I've noticed a few quirks that doesn't make sense and still trying to find out what is causing this. 1. Trying to find out out the best way to turn it is tricky. 2. When I turn on the tv, I've noticed the apps don't want to open, so I have to restart the tv each time. 3. Trying to get my vpn to work is still daunting, each time I start the vpn, the tv always says I have no internet connection (ethernet or wifi)? Like it always disconnects which makes no sense. I contacted Hisense regarding the vpn issue and they said to contact my cable/internet provider. This is not an issue with them, it's the tv. Never had a problem with my Sceptre connecting to a vpn.

Has a clean screen for good reviewing pleasure. The negative side of this TV is it has a delay from time to time when you have to select inputs.

Stop working by himself 11 months later after bought l, nice pictures good tv but I guess that’s what you get for the price one day the wifi start acting up 2 days late the remote wasn’t connecting then I did a factory reset and never come on again the screen just went black and the red led just keeps blinking

Just amazing everything! Picture fantastic for all. Especially video games I swear in easily playing at 60fps on this big screen! So with the price!

Nice TV and easy to set up and use. I currently use as a computer monitor and it has worked great for that. I have owned it for over a year, with everyday use and all is good so far.

Good while it lasted. It died after just 2 years. From the price point when I bought it, it was a good value.

I have been buying my TVs (and other stuff) from Best Buy for over 25 years. They sell really good stuff at a very fair price. And they always treat me as a valued customer. This Hisense TV (55" A6G) has been in my home for a while now. It is a very good TV. I like it better than my Vizio, Sony, and Toshiba. Great picture ready to go out of the box. Easy as can be to set up. Real documentation comes with it. With a name like Hisense I expected a low cost product that did little more than be a cheap TV. I was wrong, this unit is extremely professional and high quality in MHO. I really like their customized Android OS. It has features that my Roku (4K) and Fire Stick (4K) do not have. In short, I would purchase it again if I needed another TV.
