Worked fine for about 11 months, then started showing random low storage message. Two months out of warranty and it is starting to shut off every time the message is displayed- even just using over the air antenna. I did all kinds of resets, firmware updates, usb stick for additional storage and still the same issue. Upon further research, a lot of customers are having the same issue that relates to a bad main board. Hisense is not willing to fix since it is out of warranty.

I purchased this TV about 16 months ago. I've never owned a 4K screen before, so the picture quality was a big improvement over what I've owned previously. But the TV stopped working about 5-6 days ago. Fortunately I purchased an extended warranty, or else I think I would be out of luck. I called to schedule maintenance, but it will take another 5 days before someone can get out to look at it. And I don't know if they'll be able to fix it that day, send it back to the manufacturer, or what.

The tv is unbeatable it has the perfect balance between price and quality, if you are a person that enjoy movies or series this is great for you for sure dont forget that this in around 300 dolars dont expect 3d effect, me and my wife are really happy, also comes with android so unlimited option to download on store. Recommended

For the price, this is a great TV. I purchased it Open Box at a significant discount & am very happy with my “splurge”. Lots of ways to watch streaming things & I like the Android/Google operating system & layout. A great beginners smart tv, it’s very easy to navigate & took me literally 10 minutes to set up. The picture quality won’t blow you away like a higher priced brand but for the price, no complaints!

I bought this for my kids to play Xbox Series X. The picture quality is really nice, though the color is a bit "muted". Nowhere was bright and colorful as my Sony Bravia X950H, but at a fourth the price, I don't expect it to. HOwever, a very pleasnt surprise is the Smart Android TV interface. It is very snappy. Almost as fast as my Bravia with X1 processor. So if slow and laggy "smart" features drive you crazy like me, this TV will certainly satify!

I’m currently disabled and I am seeking to out a warranty on my television which was replaced and I need to get a warranty on the Product.

Bought new and had a burn in on screen. Got part replaced by Hisense and haven’t had issues since.

Yeaa, so this tv stopped turning on after owning for 1 year and a half I used my geek squad protection to switch it out for a samsung and just paid the difference. This particular tv may not be worth it given a lot of other customers share my same experience. Its not bad in the way that it works just no longevity obviously.

Overall, the TV could be very nice, especially for the cost. Unfortunately, mine has a loud humming sound, out of the box. Hisense support was initially prompt and helpful, and shipped a replacement main board to be installed by a service tech. This took 2 weeks and didn't work. I have since gotten the run around from them, case is under review. What is there to review? Like I said, the TV itself, picture wise is great, I have not used the apps as I already have a Roku stick. I'm sure the problem I have is not in every TV but beware, if you get a lemon like me be prepared ....

Had this TV for a little over a year now, I enjoyed the TV for the time I had it, paid almost $400 for it never moved it or touched it since it came out of the box, and the screen just stopped working, I'm really upset if you get one of these TVs definitely get the warranty, I'm kicking myself in the butt for not getting one. I'm sorry but only having a TV for like a year and 2 months and it's broken already? That's unacceptable cheap Chinese junk.
