First week I had it screen went pixelated, but it fixed after unplugging and plugging it back up. 6 months later its disconnecting/reconnecting from the wifi; bluetooth remote doesnt work(fixed by unpairing it, bluetooth is only if u wanna use google assistant); and now the thing is randomly cutting off. Was a GREAT TV, first day home but now its straight trash, last hisense tv I had made me so mad I punched a hole through it, this one might have the same fate.

Intuitive and integrated nicely with my Google Home setup. If you have a senior who's used to just changing channels or volume, you'll have to teach him/her how to use it but other then that it is a great tv for the price.

This TV is a great buy for a college student, like me, that is looking for a TV for your every day watching and gaming. I would highly recommend! Not once has this TV lagged yet or had any other problems! The only downside to this TV is the speakers are not the best.

The remote quit working. I’ve spent 5 hours trying to follow Best Buy’s rules. Only to be told this dose not cover the remote. It’s a flipping remote. The cheapest part of the tv. They said I have to buy a new one. When I asked to speak to a supervisor they said there is nothing they could do for me and refused to let me speak with one. Total tech is a joke at best.

This TV has several ports. Sound is great, you don't need a soundbar.
