    Excellent tv for a lower price range! This is my second version of this tv. Only down side is sound is as good as I wish

    Bought this to replace my old Hisense R7. Setup was easy, the picture and sound quality are amazing but HOLY COW does this thing have a terrible lag when selecting anything(menus/channels/apps/etc.)! The lag is SO bad that I’m taking it back and selecting a different model.

    Not pleased with the sound at all. Sounds muddy/muddled and lacks "life". Volume levels are too low and the loudness settings don't respond, even when adjusted. Now it's Less than 8 mos, and the remote has stopped working. Very inconvenient. Not recommended, although price point is ok.

    Hisense is actually a superb television. Only issue is sometimes it has problems with home screen, then you have to restart TV.

    Tv worked great for about 3 maybe 4 weeks, then it just started buffering every time we would turn on the tv. Looked up the reviews before deciding to purchase, they were all pretty good, so I was really disappointed when the tv started acting up.

    This is by far one of the worst tvs I've ever owned. It lags with the remote, there is a delay for EVERYTHING, and i always have to unplug it because it will just stop working.

    I like shopping in this store, but on my last visit I was forced to have a credit card from best buy. I don't know how I subscribed to it. I only know that the application on the map is not very clear. The TV cost $300, I paid $100 for two months. They also have problems with email information. I myself forgot about the last payment and was not informed. And after 4 months I have to pay another $421. What did I pay. But it's a very unpleasant acquaintance with the Best Buy credit card. Therefore, assessment 1

    Trouble with HULU app disconnecting since purchase. If you don't set up Google assistant for your user account, the Google assistant randomly pops up and tells you this feature is not set up, and you lose volume. You have to switch users and come back. Bought 2/22/25. 5/ 23 started getting dark spots along top edge of TV. 5/25 screen is pulling away from frame and can see into TV. Tried to push back against frame. Screen crack and stripe down through whole screen. Shouldn't be peeling apart after 3 months.

    Glitchy, disconnects from remote everyday, disconnects from wifi (in a studio), doesnt vadt anymore. Perfect condition yet works so badly. Many issues, dont recommend.
