    I like shopping in this store, but on my last visit I was forced to have a credit card from best buy. I don't know how I subscribed to it. I only know that the application on the map is not very clear. The TV cost $300, I paid $100 for two months. They also have problems with email information. I myself forgot about the last payment and was not informed. And after 4 months I have to pay another $421. What did I pay. But it's a very unpleasant acquaintance with the Best Buy credit card. Therefore, assessment 1

    Laggy TV. I don’t recommend.

    Not a good tv. It’s laggy, especially every time when turn it ON, it takes a noticeable while to show up all those Apps. I don’t recommend this one.

    Get what you pay for

    Trouble with HULU app disconnecting since purchase. If you don't set up Google assistant for your user account, the Google assistant randomly pops up and tells you this feature is not set up, and you lose volume. You have to switch users and come back. Bought 2/22/25. 5/ 23 started getting dark spots along top edge of TV. 5/25 screen is pulling away from frame and can see into TV. Tried to push back against frame. Screen crack and stripe down through whole screen. Shouldn't be peeling apart after 3 months.

    Glitchy, disconnects from remote everyday, disconnects from wifi (in a studio), doesnt vadt anymore. Perfect condition yet works so badly. Many issues, dont recommend.

    This is by far one of the worst tvs I've ever owned. It lags with the remote, there is a delay for EVERYTHING, and i always have to unplug it because it will just stop working.

    Horrible Manager/Customer Service Experience

    this rating is for Best Buy itself and not necessarily the product. The manager at he Huntsville Al store was a total jerk. I bought 7 of these tv's. one was defective and I had to bring it back. however, I was past the return date. darn that sucks. I asked if they could get rid of it for me. the rep said she would ask, the manager without much correspondence said nope. I said really, I drove for an hour and a half to bring this back after having to drive here to buy them, seven of them, and one was defective and you cannot defer the fee. she said why, we have to pay it. I said surely you can see the circumstances. she had no appreciation or care of the situation. I paid the fee but that thirty dollars just cost BB all of my future business.

    Two remotes to control television

    Dont do it, I love just using the firestick remote on my televisions. This television requires both remotes which is horrible because all the other televisions in my house works and sync with the firestick!!

    Good for seniors and others on a budget!

    Great little tv for a senior! Upscaling and motion handling is great for the price paid. Very colorful and bright enough for a senior with poor vision. Simple set-up, but you definitely need two people!

    Include the correct sized screws next time Hisense

    Hisense, come on. You get 1 star because you didn't include the correct sized screw to use with the included spacers for wall mounting. Ridiculous oversight.

    Terrible quality and warranty

    Within 3 months the screen went out, best buy was zero help. Hisense makes it such a drawn out process to warranty then finds a reason to deny it. Don't waste your money on this junk brand
