    Delayed response on input from remote to tv… when choosing apps also there is a loading period when they begin that can last up to 7 to 9 seconds.

    This is quite literally the worst piece of electronics that I have ever purchased… and to put that into perspective, I have purchased things off of TikTok shop. It is slow. Won’t stay connected to the wifi. Sounds horrible. I’m not sitting idly and complaining… I had my internet looked at and purchased a soundbar. I have no issues with any other tv, game station or computer in my home.

    I was expecting so much more out of this QLED but unfortunately I was very disappointed. The picture clarity was nothing compared to my TCL QLED.

    Best Buy doesnt warranty but two weeks !!!!!!!

    The T.V. started having color contrast in one corner of the screen after 27 days. Tried to return or exchange the unit at day 29 to be told they only warranty the products for 14 days now. Worst customer service ive experienced in along time. BEST BUY IS MORE LIKE WORSE BUY!!!!!

    we asked the sales rep for the none live version of the 2024 kobe basketball game. well we found out that the game she provide is live. my son is not allowed to play the liver version of any game. now we can not return it since it has been opened. so we've been told. please advise.

    The TV is not turning on after 4 months of purchase. I contacted the Hisense after getting the number from BestBuy. The Customer service from Hisense was not helpful at all.

    Picture was fantastic. Great size. Easy operation. Quick set up. Only 3 stars because only lasted 8 days. Returned to store full refund. Tv had white lines running down the left side and top of screen. Best Buy was very helpful and gave me no issues with the return.

    This is my 3rd Hisense TV purchase, first one went great, we've watched many sports on it with no issue. When my bedroom TV fell off the wall at 11:30pm a few days before Christmas I saw this one on sale. It was a great price and I had good success with my previous purchase. I picked it up at BB, installed it on the wall and things went great, Christmas Eve it worked find in the morning. I went to watch it that evening and it was dead, sound would come through the soundbar but the screen was basically black. Did all the usual "unplug and plug it back in" change out the HDMI cables etc. Nothing worked, so I took it down to return it. With this being the holidays, I had already put the box out to recycle, Christmas morning I was up early retrieving the box so I could return it. After a bit of back and forth with BB (which I understand why they have to do it) they agreed to return it once the manager plugged it in and saw it was as I said "dead." The new TV is now 5 days old and seems to be working OK, so hopefully I just had a one off issue.

    A76K vs A65K

    So many mixed reviews. Could i please know which is the better tv? According to product expert from hisense the a65k is better in these reviews. But hows that possible since the a76k is the update version and is qled while the a65k is regular LED. Looking for some input on this and the exact differences between both TVs.

    Recently I purchased the Hisense A76K 55" TV with Google built in. The picture quality is extremely good, especially when you consider this is technically a budget set. I installed YouTube TV and a number of streaming apps, and it is working perfectly. Thank you Best Buy for a great value on a quality TV

    Very nice clear picture. But a little difficult to set up. Took me about 30 min to figure out to turn off the sound on the TV. I have Klipsch external speakers. Other than that very good.
