The smart TV features are easy to use and set up, and it was able to capture more channels on antenna than the old TV could. Just make sure you get the right TV mount; I think this requires a 400x200 VESA mount and if a mount says it works "up to 400" that doesn't mean it will include *every* possible configuration less than 400mm! Best Buy has a mount that works with this, ask your customer associates

My 1st is perfect and is used as the daily tv. For this one, the picture is terrific. The sound is a bit off (for my space) - it is either too low or too loud. I didn't care for the Google interface, but I will be using a Firestick, so doesn't matter. Not sure why anyone would need to pay thousands more when this tv does everything you need it to.

Set-up was a breeze and lots of options for my parents cord cutting options that didn’t involve having a PhD to figure out. Picture looks bright. Overall a solid tv for the price.

The remote is a little disappointing. Ideally the google navigation it came with. Our other TV’s are ROKU and are way easier to navigate. I wish I had known Google, I would have spent the extra $50 and. Bought the Roku version Amazon was selling. I hope this review helps someone else.

It took a little digging around to figure out how to adjust my TV settings for every option, PS4, XSX and the streaming apps. Once i did it works perfectly.

Not the greatest speakers on it, sounds kind of hollowed out even after messing with settings. Luckily I have a soundbar so it's not a deal breaker. Picture quality is good but you have to keep the lights in the room to a minimum or you'll get glare on the screen. It's a good deal for the price, I'm happy with it.

Fair tv for a fair price

Otherwise, i love it what i use it

I waited a long time after purchasing this TV to give a review, about 1.5 years. I purchased the geek squad extended warranty due to reading some reviews about this same issue. I called the geek squad about the problem and I believe they will be replacing this tv. I bought 2 of this brand/make tvs when I made the purchase and bought the Best Buy extended warranty on both, thank goodness! This one and a 75". The 75" has an even worse issue with the white around the edges of the tv that fades into grey in the center. Last month, the 75" quit working completely. The geek squad will be coming to look into this issue this weekend but I assume that they will replace the tv due to this bleed issue.
