This TV is fantastic at all, just have a couple details but depends of the SO (Android TV). the chromecast have problems to be available in the network after the TV goes to idle state (need full restart the TV - 1 min), the other thing is the a Netflix app not allow the remote stream request, so you can't with your phone try to cast anything over Netflix, the others ways to cast works great.
Maybe other thing is the sound quality, is no too bad but isn't excellent, you can connect by Bluetooth a sound bar or other sound devices and "fix" the problem.
The image quality is pretty good, the configuration, the initial setup is so easy, the weight for the installation on the wall is absolutely nice, one person will can install it with no issues.

Excellent TV, especially if you can get it at a discount like many did for Black Friday. I got this and the TCL version for the same price. I have used both and definitely can say that the Hisense is better. The android software is awesome! The remote isn’t just a basic android tv remote, it has a lot of functions which I really did not like about Roku TVs or other Android TVs such as the TCL. It has the Full Array LED which is better than the Direct Lit that the TCL has. One awesome thing you can do with Android TVs and works well on this, is connect Bluetooth devices, such as headphones or speakers. This was only available on Roku TVs if you had the Roku app. Built in Chromecast is a major plus. And being able to get HBO Max is also very nice. Google Assistant on the remote it super handy too, especially if you use T-Mobile’s new TV service TVision. I’m very, very happy with this TV and I would highly recommend it!

Tv has a black square on the top left. It didnt show up initially, but after about a week it showed up. The square blocks sports scores or any info in that area. Thought it was a minor isssue as it fixed itself after i turned it on and off again. But its back aboit a week later. It shows up on both the fire stick and xbox when plugged in so i know its not an issue with the hdmi device.
Aside from that, you have to point the remote directly at the center of the tv for it to pick up. This is kinda awkward as the fire stick picks up any direction, and i have an older insignia 1080p tv that the remote picks up in a wider angle, the hisense you have to be directly pointing at the center which is annoying.
Android os works as usual, nothing too exciting there. All other features seem fine. Sound is a lot better than expected.

The Hisense 55’led tv is just okay for me for a low end smart tv. You can get a fairly decent picture after a few adjustments in the picture setting. The sound is fair but I suggest a sound bar for better sound. This android tv lags when selecting different apps. Boot up can take a minute at times. If you are an Android user you can mirror your phone. Overall it’s a 3 star for me being it’s a low end budget tv. If the price was under $400 I would give an extra star . If you need a decent tv this would work

I absolutely LOVE this TV!! This is my first android tv.. and I thought since everything else I own is android/Google, I might as well get this one! So.. I opened the box, set the TV up and plugged it in, and it asked to link to my Google account.. and it set the whole thing up for me!! It was SOOOO EASY!! I was amazed! And I also love the voice assistant feature.. you can look up anything just by asking lol! The picture quality is beautiful! I truly only have ONE complaint about this tv.. and that's the remote - and it's not even that big of a deal.. it's just very sensitive lol.. I'm always bumping it when it's next to me in the bed and it'll go back to the main menu or change to another screen. The buttons are just REALLY sensitive. Like I said, that's my ONLY COMPLAINT.. and that's not even TOO BAD.. it just happens now and then! It's WAYYY bigger in my room than I had imagined haha! I LOOVEEE IT! This is my 2nd Hisense TV - last one was a Roku TV, but this is 100% better!

Gambled on an open-box unit and wound up with a lemon, but with my manufacturers warranty plus the 5 year Geek Squad warranty, I should be good to go relativity soon. I will say that when it is working, it has great picture for the price and the customization is unreal for a budget set. A+++

The TV was fine until recently it started running out of storage and because of this it won’t play anything. I’ve reset the tv but it doesn’t erase any accounts or apps therefore it doesn’t free up any storage space. Fortunately I bought the geek squad protection so I’m hoping they know something I haven’t been able to figure out. Will update when they’ve had a chance to work on it.

I purchased the Hisense Android TV about a month ago and I cant be happier. My favorite feature is the app update capability. My previous brand was a smart TV but the built-in apps couldn't be updated or removed/downloaded & apps became outdated. Very happy with my new tv! Also love the voice command feature. Nice.

So many problems with this TV.
After being on for a while then shutting off, it will not turn back on via remote or button on the bottom of the TV. It needs to be unplugged and then plugged back in to turn back on.
The screen will often go pixilated (see images) or black and requires a restart. This happens on all the apps so it is not specific to a certain app I am running on the TV.
The Chromecast feature is only available immediately after the TV is on for a few minutes, then it is no longer a cast-able device from any phone (android or iphone) or any app. I have wake on cast enabled.
I have updated the TV software and tried a factory reset and still experience these issues. I wish it was within the return period. It is not worth the headache to save a few bucks on this budget TV, Save yourself the trouble and look for a better quality TV.

Probably the worst TVs I've ever bought. I picked up four (4) of these Hisense trash boxes. Every one of them is slow and useless. My 2015 Sony Android TV is superior in every way. The remote doesn't work with voice search no matter tlwhat I do. Pure garbage.
