I gave 5 stars because I'm not sure if this is normal but I have had the TV for less than a month and it already wouldn't come on once. I had to unplug it and plug it back up to get it to come on. If it does it again I will return it.

Good picture. The sound , i was turning down the volume and didnt notice it was on 10 lol. Good volume. The 4K picture is GREAT. And the tv itself is LIGHT. Maybe weighs 10lbs feels like. Took me 15min to take out the box & put on the stands.

Excellent TV. Best Buy always has the newest technology and excellent prices. Always pick up any fragile items as they could be damage in transit. They really live up to their name BestBuy

TV works great. Having the option to watch YouTube on a 55 inch TV is awesome. For some reason it tends to freeze and even reboot at times but not enough to regret my purchase.

This is the right size for a medium room. But I use it in my office to watch some shows and also use it as a monitor for 22 security cameras in the apartment building. Picture quality is good. Just realize it is not an Oled or a Qled.

Bought it on Thanksgiving sale, Good quality with the picture especially with the android wi-fi. build in. Very easy to use the TV remote to choose any channels like netflix and youtube.

this was recommended by the salesperson at Best Buy. Works exactly as described, the picture is great, and pricing was very reasonable. and It's supposed to be high quality as well.

With so many choices it is difficult to decide what to buy. I went the easy route and went least expensive. I was upgrading from an old 45" 720p, so I assumed anything would be an improvement. I was actually thrilled with this TV. It took all of a minute to set it up with my Android phone. The picture is excellent. Great brightness, good sound. I am not crazy about the remote, maybe I just need to get use to it. Adding apps such as Disney+ and HBO Max, were simple. The same with prime and Netflix, though I upgraded Netflix to match the 4k quality. There may be even better 55" TVs, but for just over $300 I am very happy with this one.

freezes every now and then, just need to unplug it and wait ten seconds it comes right back on. it's an android tv, I'm a iphone person it's a little confusing at first setting up with android name and password

Solid tv for the money. Can be a bit laggy, but a reset usually does the trick. Picture quality is great. Does all that is really needed Out of your basic smart tv

Totally worth it. Love this tv. Easy to setup, use and has great picture quality. No need to buy a $1,000 tv. Get this!

Probably one of the worsr tvs I've ever had. Its nice when it worka, which is hardly ever. Can even watch more than 1 episode of something on Netflix because after the episode, it crashes. I have CUT THE POWER SUPPLY to the tv almost every day just to get it to reset because it crashes almost every time i open an app. Just awful tv.

Spend the extra money on a better brand, and level of TV. The picture quality is good, the sound is good, but the “smart” software sucks. Half the time I turn this thing off it prompts me if I want to turn off the tv. When that happens no matter what I use to turn the tv on with it goes to the Home Screen instead of the smart software doing what it is supposed to be doing putting it on the device I am using and I have to change it myself. That pretty much negates the purpose of it being a smart tv.

Pretty solid so far. Using it mostly for an outside tv. So with the cold weather, it hasn’t gotten that much usage yet. But seems to be a pretty decent deal for the price. I’ll have an update when it starts to warm up.

The TV is not that responsive to the remote. The remote input lag leaves something to be desired. Google cast works great initially. However it becomes impossible to reconnect after a while and requires you to unplug and plug the tv back in. Picture quality and sound are good for the price. The sound auto changes sometimes by itself while playing games which can get annoying. Overall worth it for the price.

The Hinense television is great, color picture and sound. The clarity is great. It does completely stand up to the other brands and a very good price. I feel good with the purchase and the price was the best around.

Not the best tv but for the price its good sometimes it glitches and i have to shut down otherwise it doesn't respond to the remote

Purchased the smaller non 4K version and did not like it but returned it for larger size, 4K smart tv and my mom really loved it. It looks great and is easy to use.

love this TV BIG enough for bedroom but comfortable picture color is excellent very easy set and step by step direction online instruction which is great
