Really a very nice TV for the price. Virtually plug 'n' play. Picture is good (not in the Sony Bravia class, but good. The Sony will cost you a lot more too), not spectacular but much cleaner, clearer and more vivid than the price would suggest. We had the TV up and running from opening the box to watching a movie on Netflix in about an hour.
Audio quality out of the television itself is only adequate. Hisense really should give a little more attention to the audio especially voice reproduction. It's all intelligible but could be better. A separate audio system for this TV would be a good idea if you purchase it.

Picture Quality is excellent, interface not bad , ...wish they would all get together and all the TV Makers start standardizing the menus. But all cars do the same too, put the meters and dashboard stuff wherever. ONLY complaint is the remote has mushy buttons, that sometimes don't seem to work, you press it and cant tell if I missed the button or the system is just slow to respond ...going to try a universal remote and see if that helps. Picture is great though

Hisense is really stepping up their game on tvs!! last years model was a bit disappointing but theyve managed to start from scratch and made on great tv!! the colors are amazing out of the box. smart menu is spot on! this tv has HDR10, HDR10+, and dolby vision like what! that's insane for the price ! my q90r doesn't even have dolby vision

This TV is a great value, the contrast and picture quality are incredible. My only gripe is that grey images on the screen are clearly not uniform. Nonetheless, It’s great for casual gaming and for watching 4K HDR content.
The built-in speakers are surprisingly decent, although you’ll definitely want to invest in a sound-bar or other surround-sound system for a theater-like experience.
With the latest Android TV updates, the software and simple and intuitive, so using it is a breeze.

After one month:
I’m using this 55” TV with my XBox X.
-Beautiful crystal clear picture
-Only a couple inches larger then my 10 year old 40” Magnavox flat screen
-Packed perfect, easy setup
-Best Buy did a great job. On time and delivered to my car.
-A great gaming TV. No lag time.

Was very hesitant to buy this brand at first, not really known here in the states as a great tv brand or at least not to me, but I have to say what a great picture and love that it's an android TV and don't have to worry about not being able to get certain apps downloaded.

I bought this to use as a monitor/tv hybrid. if you have a graphics card that can push 4k it's awesome. It's basically like 4 27" monitors combined with a real good picture. You just have to turn off the motion correction so the mouse isn't slow. However, turn it back on for tv. The picture is awesome for tv. the only downfall is when the credits roll in a dark room, you can see the lighting zones create rectangles around the text, but who cares about credits.
I do music making, so the extreme sized screen shows so much, I can have multiple pugins open and just move them off to the side and view twice the tracks and time... it's so nice, but that being said I have a couple JBL studio monitors that just sound amazing. when I switch to TV apps and run through the TV's internal sound, I can't tell the difference. I'm sure really loud there'd be a difference, but the sound on this tv is insanely good. I could be wrong, but I don't see a soundbar matching my JBL 8" studio monitors... but this tv does it.

We are enjoying this TV. The setup was straightforward however when installing the legs you have to follow the instructions carefully in order to not damage the screen.
The picture quality is fantastic for the price. Although the black levels are not as good as a OLED TV, it more than meets our needs for a bedroom TV. I'm even considering buying another one to replace my more than 10 year old plasma TV in the family room.
The remote's integration with my Amazon Fire Stick allowed me to use the TV's remote. I have not figured out all of the service (i.e. Comcast Infinity) integrations yet. Chromecast worked fine with my Galaxy Note 8.
One minor issue when updating the software. The TV did not give me an option to delay installation. It did give me the option to download in the background, but once it finish downloading the update, it interrupted the program we were watching for a few minutes, and the update required me to restart the TV. I have not checked the TV settings to see if this default setting can be changed.

Owned the TV for close to a year now, and its still works perfectly (55 inch model). Picture quality is great for the price I especially like the black levels at night. Gaming is very good for a 2020 tv but I do see their are better tvs for the price in 2021 as far as gaming. Overall would highly recommend, and was a good introduction to the Hisense brand which I had doubts about before purchasing but now I can trust they make quality products.

At first I was hesitant about purchasing this TV but after getting it home and setting it up. I was very impressed with the picture. This tv will take a bit of tinkering to tone down its bright levels but once you get it right it is a pleasure to watch. I highly recommend getting it calibrated to bring out the best of all it has to offer. Happy with the purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a tv in this size.

I love the TV, it has great color and picture! The only reason I didn't give it the full 5 stars is that it doesn't have the AT&T app and it can't be downloaded from the app store for this TV. (I tried the downloader app and that didn't help either).
I also bought one for my mother as her first smart TV. I would highly recommend it, but will need an external device like appleTV to get AT&T app on it.

The tv arrived on time via geek squad in perfect condition. The box had 0 dents or blemishes.. Putting together the tv was a breeze, it was also a lot lighter than my previous tv.. Setting the tv up for use was very quick and painless. Also, the Android os is very snappy and responsive..I’ve experienced 0 lag with the os itself so I’m happy about that. I wasn’t expected to be blown away by this tv, but it’s definitely what I needed. I play a lot of video games and it does very well in that department, with the fault of one issue.. Whenever 1080p and enhanced hdmi mode is enabled, the blacks will glow purple a bit instead of appearing black..From my understanding of their reddit reply on the issue, they’ve fixed this in a firmware release that hasn’t released yet..Of course there’s better options out there overall, but I didn’t want to shell out more money for a better unit.

I had a bright room so needed a TV that could stand up to that. I picked up an open box Geek Squad certified model. Great deal for a TV this bright. It works great a bright environment. As with many TVs that support Dolby Vision, it's too dark. If you are watching in complete darkness, it's a little better. Other than the red blur issue that pops up sometimes, it's a great TV.

I had the TV delivered to my apartment and setting it up was very easy. Most of the work went through my android phone, but even without one set up would be a breeze.
The picture is beautiful and smooth, haven't noticed any discloroing or blurry effects. I have YouTube and Twitch set up and the quality is great.
The volume is nice and high, I'm usually playing it only at 5 or 8 which is surprising. But it's plenty loud for us. Sound quality is great too everything is clear and distinct.
The remote is comes with works great and has short cut buttons for Netflix and YouTube and other programs which is nice.
I haven't had a chance to try gaming on it yet, but I'd imagine with its specs that I'd run any game I'm trying to play.
Overall great purchase!

After some reading, reviews hinted some models of Hisense were as good as Samsung but much less costly. True to form, our new Hisense has beautiful color and great sound! It’s also very user friendly and we can easily download all our apps!
