Have had it 4 weeks. Great picture. Set up was not difficult. Remote is easy to use.

For the price I paid for it's a good TV. It was a great upgrade from our first TV. The picture quality is good it's not on the same level as some of the higher end TVs. But I would recommend this to TV.

I'm a Samsung fan, most tv's in the house are Samsung. My 50" plasma was losing pixels and trying to access the windows start button in bottom left corner was almost impossible. After reading reviews and with the $500 I could spend, I made the right choice, so far! When I fired up windows, the screen was so bright, I mean really bright. Colors are vivid, the apps open very quick, updates are fast also.

Coming a TCL 6 series purchased in 2018, I have a fair share of experience when it comes to managing expectations from a budget TV.. We purchased this tv as a secondary, but the older 2018 TCL 615 seems like it has better picture quality. The native android UI of the hisense leaves a lot to be desired. It is slow, provides poor picture quality, and really makes the product feel cheap and inferior. My older TCL on roku UI isn't anything to write home about, but its still miles better than the android. If you purchase this tv, skip the android UI altogether and buy a chromecast or Nvidia streamer... Seriously, you will want it.

Best deal in town. Half the price of the competitors with twice the bang for the buck.

Went for Hisense based on reviews. Picture quality and brightness is good.

Brilliant display and the colors are amazing. Deep blocks and bright. We have spent some time messing with the settings because us just looked too bright and the colors seemed off, but then we eventually set them all back. Turns out we had adjusted our expectations down on the old TV. This thing is gorgeous. My only complaint lies in the excessive network connectedness and lack of security insight. If I’m going to connect a device to the internet and give it my accounts, I want to know how it secures that. Also the refresh rate appears locked at 60 no matter the input. Perhaps I just need to dig through settings more.

Good quality picture (even 4k) at a very reasonable price

Hisense H8G bright and colorful. Screen reflections handled better than my TCL series 6, pleased about that. Apps load fast, Android nice OS.

very good for the price. picture quality is great. Although i see some haloing when watching YouTube. Android tv makes it easy to use.

I did extensive research on TVs to try and get the best television I could without paying a king’s ransom. The Hisense H8G has not let me down in any way. It’s an awesome television that has a beautiful picture and makes watching programming enjoyable. I was really blown away watching the NFL. My recommendation BUY!
