    OK, so I've had this TV for about 6 months or so. It's exclusively a computer monitor with a TV card for digital channels. The thing is this FAST true 120hz panel. If you've read the comparison reviews, then you already know that this TV has one of the fastest motion interpolations available in any brand or price. If you can't reach that magic 60fps with your current computer hardware, then you buy THIS TV, and problem solved. Cap your games at 24 achievable fps, and this high-end Hisense does the rest for you. The smoothest, fastest action in any game you can get 24fps in. My preference is for flight sims and I have a tendency to go overboard on expectations. Flight sims are TOUGH to achieve full-on smoothness and I've never looked back after buying this amazing real 120hz TV. The Wide Color Gamut still takes my breath away and the performance of this panel is truly astonishing! Buy it... DO IT! You'll be pleased that you did. Six Stars

    I've had this Tv since 2020, it was a great value and still works great. Only bad part is the Android Tv software is slower than before.

    Read This First if you need bluetooth

    First: The TV image is great, blacks are blacks, very colorful, no complaints here. Very thin, nice build, lots of connections, all great things, but... Second: However, if you need to use bluetooth speakers or headphones with it, FORGET IT, you won't be able to fix lipsync or delayed audio. I spent a week with the TV and customer service (that is terrible by the way), and after trying EVERYTHING, they finally sent me to tier 2 level, and I was told that there is no way to fix it. Basically, the bluetooth in this TV is to connect the remote control microphone, so you can talk to the TV. The delay is almost a full second and there's no way to fix it, as per Hisense. The reason I picked this TV was for the bluetooth, so this is going back to the store. Third: WIFI ISSUES, many reviews point the same thing. I was also having issues with the wifi connection, it won't stay connected for too long. At times, it won't even detect any networks around. By the way, The router was 2 feet away from the TV. That can be fixed with an ethernet cable, but most people would prefer a wireless connection I am sure. Fourth: SLOWWWWWW. The android TV system int his TV is too slow. There's also no easy way to change inputs from the remote. You have to go to sluggish slow android tv, go to the settings menu, and select the input. You can also create a shortcut, but still, very slow to change inputs. Same thing to go between channels... all very, very slow. I have had Hisense for some years now, and by FAR, this is the most useless TV they have made so far. All I can do is really urge you not to buy this TV and hope they come up with a better one. This unfortunately just does not work, and this is too bad, because the image quality is just superb!!!

    Hisense Complete 4K TV Package

    Just wanted to come back and say a big Thank You for the latest update on Hisense software for Hisense H9 Pus 4K UHD TV with HDR and Android Assist... It made an already great display better with side view much improvement. So many options and flexibility of this Hisense 4K TV you don't know where to start on its multiple uses.

    It worked well for ten days. Then the remote stopped working consistently. Sometimes there was sound and no picture, and at times nothing at all. It was impossible to choose any internet content. The remote's voice control would rarely pair. Back it goes for a refund.

    Add a fire stick

    The built in Google assistant SUCKS! The level of intelligence of Google on this tv is nothing compared to Alexa! It does NOT work with Prime video, you can't even add the prime video app to the tv. Whenever you search for a film it takes you straight to Google movies and asks if you want to buy the movie, completely ignoring any other movie apps you have or whatever app you have open! You ask for a movie trailer, it takes to the film for sale on Google. Google assistant has a one track mind, to try to sell you anything you might have a vague interest in from their app and store! Even if you ask for music, rather than offer the Google music app it tries to offer you movies again! This makes the "smart features" useless save your money, buy a stupid tv and just add a fire stick. Oh and if the TV and box advertise "works with Alexa" don't believe it, it's a lie.

    great tv, but at least 2 times per week my tv has trouble connecting to my wifi, so I have to unplug my tv from the power connection and that is pretty annoying

    deserves zero star

    I bought this late August but waited 2 weeks for my son to hang it on the wall, only to find out that the cable/antenna connection did not work despite resetting and lengthy conversations with customer support. Finally (after the return period) they sent a repairman, who told me he couldn't touch it because it was mounted on the wall. Another week before my son could come to take it down and call again for the repairman who replaced a part, my son helped again to hang it, and we were all set to enjoy this new marvel. despite some flaws (its hard to maneuver between antenna stations) and the volume would disappear during the first few minutes it was on, But now today the antenna/cable thing is off again. So I can stream things, but local channels are useless again. This 2 month old tv has worked for less than two weeks, has had repairman out twice, and is useless again.

    Horrible. Words wouldn’t match to mouth. Hear the talking then see lips move. Picture was ok if you are directly in front of tv but to the side colors were very washed out. Returned it got a LG for $60.00 more. Picture is great from all angles and the words match the mouth.

    For about a week, I have been trying to get support to download the Fox World Cup app on my TV, and today I learned that they do not have any updates, nor do they have a timeline as to when this issue can be resolved. A main selling point for this TV was that Hisense was proudly sponsoring the World Cup, and here I am trying to utilize the features of the TV and enjoy the games with no luck. I have never left a review before, but I feel compelled to warn potential buyers of the horrible customer support they have. I have already given up hope on getting the app before the end of this WC, but I am hoping they can get it fixed by 2022 for the next one! Cheers!!

      That is unfortunate and not the type of experience we want for our customers!       1. Make sure TV is upgraded to version I0515 or greater. Check the current version by going to Settings -> Help -> System message -> Software version. If the version number is smaller than I0515, please do a manual update.
      a. Make sure the television is connected to a network with an internet connection.
      b. Go to Settings -> About -> System update, and click on "Check for update". Follow the instructions on screen to do an online firmware update.
      c. If a firmware update is not detected, please direct message us on the Hisense USA Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/hisenseusa/) so we can provide you with the most up to date firmware for your television.
      2. The Fox FIFA app should appear if the TV has been upgraded to version I0515 or greater. If you don't see the app on the home page, please click on the "Apps" icon or long press the home button on the remote to bring up the apps view. The 2018 FIFA World Cup app should be there.
      3. If you launch the app and it shows a "Coming soon" message, an app update is required before you can use the application's full functionalities.
      a. Open the Google Play Store in the Apps view.
      b. If you haven't logged into your Google account, Play Store will ask you to. Please make sure a Google account is logged in.
      c. Go to the 'My Apps' section, you should see the Fox Sports: 2018 FIFA World Cup app in the 'Updates' list waiting to be updated.
      d. Click on the app and select 'UPDATE'.
      e. Once the update is finished, you can enjoy the FIFA world cup games in 4K HDR. A connection speed of at least 25-30Mbps is recommended for streaming 4K HDR content. Hisense

    Great screen definition

    I like this tv because the screen resolution is way better then a Sony no doubt But I don’t like the smart plataform (android ) I couldn’t find an app that run well on it

    Dont buy this TV!

    This TV is awful. Colors are off(Reds are Orange) and image is distorted on Cable. I verfied that I had the HDMI in the correct port and running it at 4K 60P and it still looked awful. I have been adjusting Tint,Color,Brightness etc. and nothing works. This TV is the worst TV I have ever purchased. It will be going back tomorrow.

    HORRIBLE TV

    Had to return two consecutive sets back to Best Buy. Both with the same issues, no sound through my Direct Tv receiver. Costumer service was no help as well, they had no idea what my problem with the Tv was. I've since returned both Tvs and gladly picked up the TCL 55R15!!! Stay away from this TV !!!!!!!!!!

    broken out of the box

    Bought my Hisense H9 plus 55" 4k uled tv TODAY at best buy and it does not work! After i updated the TV it now has no picture but flashes ( Hisense powered by android ) every few seconds.
