I brought this tv bc it had a great picture. But I notice that when I would use my fire stick I had to constantly put it back on the same input it was left on I don’t have cable so I don’t switch it.

Have always bought Samsung TV's...until I bought this one on clearance to upgrade my HD to 4k. It's plenty bright despite some reviews saying otherwise. Totally happy...Instant Netflix too!

I have never had such a great TV. But the sad thing is this is also the cheapest TV I've ever purchased. It works for me. I do understand some people say that it has its limits. I don't understand what they are because it's never let me down for any reason for any movie or any music or any of my gaming. I only paid 379 for it. People have always giving me compliments on the TV not just for the picture but for the appearance of the TV.

The picture quality is great, connectivity and apps are all there and it's Android OS. It has exceeded my expectations for the price.

I like the Tv the whites are good. The picture quality diminishes looking sideways. Overall incredible Tv for the price.

Tv works fine. Interface could be improved, same goes for the remote control. For its price, it is a good buy.

I was over the moon when I seen the picture quality. This was a purchase for my son so when he loaded up his game systems he was blown away. This only issue a came across which isn't a big deal but maybe for some is how spread apart the TV legs are so if you have a smaller TV stand this TV may not work for you but with the $ you save it may be worth investing in a new stand.

Let me start off by saying that I already own a 60 inch SHARP TV (which is manufactured by Hisense - a Chinese company), and this new 55 inch smart Hisense TV product. I did some side by side comparisons of the actual picture and results were very similar. Color was outstanding on the new smart TV and was equal to my other TV. No surprises here. Colors were bright and vivid right out of the box with no needed adjustments or calibrations. Awesome overall picture. TV speakers are Harmon Kardon, which is a company which has been around since the 1950's. The speakers are quality and produce some really nice sounds, but if you want that true theatre experience you will still have to invest in a quality sound bar. I do have a few negatives to fill you in on. First and foremost was the included remote control. Lacking from the control are the sets of numbers, i.e. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 0, and an accurately labeled home button (home button has a circle on it). You would think that the remote "home" button would have been indicated with a picture of a house, instead of a circle. Furthermore, In order for you to change the station from lets says, channel 10 to channel 65 that's were the remote is super bothersome. I have never seen a remote without numbers, therefore in order to manually input a station change you have to press a button indicated with 123 on it, and then manually input the number of 65 and then wait around 2 to 3 seconds for the channel to change. What an ordeal! Why not have a remote with numbers and make everyones life a little easier. Another irritation is how slow the TV changes channels with the remote. S L O W and Annoying! I have seen other reviews in which many customers have also commented on this. Surfing a TV should be instantaneous without delays. With this Hisense product channel surfing by manually clicking on the remote is highly irritating especially when the response time is so slow. You will need a lot of patience. Channel changing should be a quick process, and if you're in a hurry to get to "that" channel you'll be disappointed. I have in the past brought this issue up with the company (regarding my Sharp TV) and they have claimed that since the TV is not being used in conjunction with a cable provider, that channel changing will remain sluggish, but I am unable to verify this. Owners manual and instructions provided at best are sketchy. I feel that consumers should have better information than what is supplied with this TV. Is this TV for you? Picture quality is superior and super pleasing and the sound is great. Personally, slow channel surfing and a substandard remote are annoyances. I miss that quick channel surfing when I'm looking for that particular show. I do hope that this review has both educated you as well as opened your eyes.

Best TV I ever owned. Always bought High End and had enough. Spent very little on this HiSense and love it more than any I've seen. Works great and picture is awesome! Always thought Hisense might have been junk. Wow was I wrong. LOVE MY TV! Rep in store was amazingly helpful!

Excellent picture, great sound at a great price...

Very nice looking TV. Picture was awesome. The only problem was after a couple of minutes of watching it would shut it self off and on over and over and over Returned it the next day and got an LG and have no problems.
