I almost returned it but after multiple updates and figuring out the Android interface, I'm glad I kept it. The picture is far better than my 4 year old Sony and the sound is very good. And the design is top notch.

Fantastic picture gives a clear in depth viewing experience, great sound so no need for an additional sound bar, the USB 3.0 port is idea for local storage of 4K videos for easy and smooth playback. The TV's software could be much better though for easier access of the USB storage without having to unplug and plug back in a storage device to access. Multiple HDMI provides enough ports to not need a switch unlike some other brands. Of note changing sound feed to PCM instead of Dolby gives a better synchronization between picture and sound. Do recommend extended warranty as having a replacement shipped under warranty creates a very high risk of damage in shipping (received 2 damaged TV's from them before and purchased this to replace it).

The picture quality and sound is great no disappointments there but there is a enhanced mode that partially works. Hopefully a patched update will improve this function to all HDMI inputs independently instead of across the board, because this affects the audio on the other inputs.

I'm really enjoying my new TV. Great color & sound. Wish it had more apps available @ the present time but I use my Xbox for what it's lacking.

Positive: I would first mention sound, Harman/kardon speakers are delivering awesome sound quality. Speakers are rear facing and kind of exposed so be careful and try not to damage them. Picture quality is very good and I like the fact that there is no visible physical bezel around the screen. Standing lags design its plus as well, they are very stable and they look very modern. Ports availability is better than on most of the devices these days - 4 HDMI, 2 USB's (one 2,0 other 3,0), network jack, RCA, Fiber optic, 3,5 Audio jack and of course antenna. Android OS on TV - new thing for me and option to remove or freeze unused apps it's definitely a plus. Neutral: TV is powered by Android system and with that in mind it has good and bad things. Good - you can customize it, and bad - available applications selections it's very limited. Negative: You can't run any android app on it, just one that are compatible with this device. I tried to search for lots of apps I use on my android phone and managed just to get one. Sometimes TV response seems to be little bit slow, but nothing really bad and hopefully some of future OS updates will fix this. I must say that I am not the fan of the design on remote control. Remote is small with lots of useless buttons for me (Sling, Tikilive and Fendango) while at same time navigation and menu buttons seem to be packed close up together in the middle of small remote with no spacing between them. Pros: Audio quality Picture quality Lots of ports Screen size Customization Cons: Sometimes it gets little bit slow to respond Limited application selection compared to rest of the Android devices Remote control

I over research and normally stay with the top 3. But this tv had all high end specs, even the refresh rate of a $1,500-$1,800 S or S tv for $700. I was reluctant to buy an "off brand" but so glad I did. Amazing pic, sound etc., family & friends with tvs 2x the price are watching football & HD programs at my house because the pic is so good & swearing that next time they will buy a Hisense.

Definitely good TV, picture clarity and sound quality is good and worth the money. Absolutely poor documentation and implementation of the Menu options. Remote is big joke, sticky keys and cheap...

I have had the TV only for a day and I love it. I needed to call for support when it came to changing the inputs only to find out it was easy (could be easier if done by one button push on remote though). The picture is great especially with the Motion Rate 240. I think the other reviews leave out mentioning this quality for some reason. Everything moves so smoothly. The sound seems pretty decent too. But I have it connected to my stereo through the optical audio output which is cool. I read reviews that said it would look bad from side angles...FALSE...Looks great even from directly from the side, as good as you're gonna get anyway. Also read that the picture is bad with all the room lights turned off...Also False...I see nothing wrong when the lights are off, maybe it does look a little better with a dim lamp on though. All in all a great deal. Would give a 5 star if you could change inputs with push of one button. Other than that it is awesome!

Great design, thin borders and fantastic picture. Perfect size and quality for my bedroom. The HDR on it's very nice and supports both HDR10 and Dolbyvision. Colors are spectacular and this definitely rivals much higher end name brand TVs. Football looks great. Excellent color and motion It's an Android TV and I'm an Android guy so my apps make it even more awesome on this. Access to the Play Store right through the TV makes this future proof for quite a while Built in Netflix, Youtube, Pandora I've only watched a few 4K movies so far but they look fantastic on this. I didn't notice any artifacts whatsoever in the few movies I've watched. Sound quality is very clear but I'd recommend adding a soundbar if you want this anywhere but a bedroom. For me, it's perfect because I do have it in my bedroom. For the price, this is an amazing TV as it rivals the high end Samsung in my living room as far as picture quality and audio clearness. Definitely can recommend this TV and if it's your first 4K TV, you will absolutely love it

Saw this on an online review (think it was cnet? @@@@@@@ and as I went to best buy to see a competing Sony product in person, I found this Hisense on display at the end of an isle. It was super thin, looked great and Android is pretty great too. It was way cheaper than any product with similar features so I pulled the trigger and after getting home I'll say this: HDR great, thin, audio is surprisingly good, interface is solid but takes a minute to adjust to. I feel like I made a great choice. Love my new TV.

So this tv has a great picture, very clear but I do have a few recommendations. First, the remote is has all the buttons smooth so when you aren't looking directly at it you end up changing the input or opening the menu. The remote needs allot of work but if you use it by syncing it to you cable remote you will be fine. Secondly the sound settings don't seem to work seem less with sound bars. I felt like I had to play with it too much. Lastly the picture from side angles seems a bit greenish yellow. If you use your cable remote and are watching it directly in front it's an amazing picture but otherwise not. That's why I gave it 4 stars because it just takes too long to set up compared to LG or Samsung.

Right out of the box you attach the base legs and get this setup done in a matter of minutes. The controller has simple buttons to access your media apps like Netflix, Sling TV, Google Play, Youtube, and my least used Fandango Now and Tiki Live. Gone are the bulky controllers with a full numeric pad. It is now replaced by a single button which brings up an on screen selection. I appreciate them integrating Google voice assistant into the controller. Video quality on this display is top notch. It is a great thing that they included adjustable settings that you can really play with to get your display setup to your ideal viewing preferences. I find myself changing every now and then from the vivid and calibrated display settings, depending on what I am watching. The whites and darks really do stand out when watching scenes where contrast comes into play. Audio on this TV is above average to some other big brand TVs which cost twice this amount. Harmon Kardon is a well known audio maker that has some quality stuff. I haven't experienced the functionality of Bluetooth audio but that is a neat feature to have to connect to a soundbar or headphones wirelessly. I have experienced that there is a slight but noticeable audio delay when streaming in Netflix that bugs me but hopefully that gets corrected later. With the amount of money that you do save when purchasing this TV, you can use that to invest into a good quality soundbar. Now moving onto some cons. This may be a Netflix application issue since I have only encountered it in this app. When playing something the screen will freeze but the audio and subtitles would keep going. It has happened a number of times already while using it. Glare is a minor issue as well at certain angles. Also, I believe someone from Hisense was previously testing this TV because they were still logged into all their Google accounts when I first booted this up. No big deal though.
