Tried to save some money on this but 3 days trying to get HDMI inputs to work. Nice picture but not a fan of Google O/S as well. This will be a return.

I want to let everyone know that if you are in the market for a new TV. Never, ever, ever, ever, buy a Hisense I have been going back and forth with their warranty department for a month. They are beyond stupid and they just make up lies. My new TV just shuts off after you turn it on. It freezes on the startup screen when it does come on. The only way to get it to work is to factory reset it and then it works for a few hours and starts the whole process over. They claim it's a firmware update, but I've checked in the TV and it says firmware up to date. They said the website has different firmware, which we all know is a lie. Either way they refuse to help until you buy a 4 gig FAT32 flash drive to update the TV. Cause everyone just has flash drives laying around since they are mostly irrelevant these days. So I bought the flash drive that they said they would not reimburse me for if it didn't work because I told them it wouldn't work) and guess what, it said it no update detected. Shocker. I did all the troubleshooting and tried everything myself long before I reached out to their warranty team. My long rambling point is that I'm pretty tech savvy and I can't imagine someone like my parents having to try and deal with this garbage of a company. So do yourself a favor and don't waste your money.

This TV is good st least for the price . Its a budget friendly smart TV option. It might not be the best option for folks with great love for high graphics and quality picture though .

TV stopped working randomly in under a year and Hisense would not honor my warranty. They said it must of have been physically damaged, which it had not.

Very slow and sluggish to switch from app to app. Picture is grainy no matter what I change in settings. Using AirPlay from phone to tv always randomly pauses or disconnects. Certain apps like Disney plus and others have login issues or simply do not work at all on this TV. Hundred of reviews from the tvs app store can say the same.
