Watched a few movies and a couple of seasons of the walking dead. Came home yesterday to a broken screen so it lasted a month basically.

I purchased two Hisense QLED televisions in Nov. 2024. Due to different things happening in my life, I was not able to mount the tv right away. I finally was able to take the two tvs out the box and mount them this week (Feb. 2025). The 43’ I purchased for my daughter’s room worked beautifully. This made me excited to see the 55’ mounted as well but unfortunately, the item was damaged. When we took the protective panels off and turned the television on, the television does not show a picture and has a mark on the screen that was not from myself or my husband. I have exhausted myself speaking with Best Buy customer care and Hisense. They both stated there was nothing that they could do. I understand I am out of the return window and Hisense stated since it’s damaged they will not do anything with their manufacture warranty but there should be some sort of way I can be compensated. Best Buy makes enough money to exchange or replace this television and so does Hisense. The picture I’ve uploaded is the tv turned on. You can see that the screen is completely black. You can also see the film that is still on the television because like I said we just took it out of the box. I will never shop at Best Buy again. I have been a loyal customer for years even I have a best buy credit card and Hisense can forget even seeing my business come their way.

Screen stopped working

I had the TV for less than months and the screen display suddenly stopped working. The colors are great and ease of use amazing but suddenly no images, no explanation
