Also only has one audio output so unable to use headphones & use tv volume together. Would have spent more to get a better tv if this were known

Good picture but too restrictive

The device seemed to have a specific list of apps that it allowed to be used. That restriction made the device less functional to me.

DONT BUY AND DONT USE BEST BUY

Called customer service and it was an "easy" exchange... until they didn't even speak a tiny bit of English, they didn't pick up the old TV I had to call Best Buy twice for them to come get the old TV. Then the replacement TV also did the same lag issue. Try to shut it off? Good 30 seconds. Try to turn up or down the volume? Same long delay. Terrible TV DO NOT RECOMMEND BEST BUY OR HISENSE

Hisense Fire tv

Numerous audio problems

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Returned this TV because the audio wouldn't turn off when the TV was off (especially annoying to have the audio come back on in the middle of the night) and when we changed from the antenna to an app we had the audio from both playing at the same time. Replaced with a 2nd one (same model TV) and still have problems getting the audio to turn off. I wouldn't recommend this TV to anyone unless they figure out the problem and issue a software update to fix it.

NO TRUCKS TO DELIVER TV

BUT NO THEY YEXTED A NUMBER OF TIMES SAYING IT WAS ON THE WAY BUT AT 6 PM THEY TEXT ME AND DAID THEY DID NOT HAVE A TRUCK ITS NOT THAT BIG OF A TV AND I HAD TO WAITH 3 WEEKS FOR THE FIRST NO SHOW AND THEY SAID THEY WHERE REALLY BUSY AND IT WOULD BE 2 MORE WEEKS TO RESCHEDULE I LOVE BEST BUY AND THERE PRODUCTS BUT THE DELIVERY SERVICE STINKS

Tv performance issues - Freezing and Lagging

It freezes frequently and lags when opening apps. Unfortunately, the return period has expired, and I'm not sure how to resolve the issue. Given the performance, I wouldn't recommend this model .

Disappointing Experience – Gift Ruined

I purchased a TV as a gift and everything went wrong: • The delivery had to be rescheduled — the TV was only delivered on the second attempt. • I specifically requested a gift message to be included — there was none. • Customer service promised a bonus for the inconvenience, but it’s been over two weeks and I still haven’t received anything. I’m very disappointed with the lack of care and follow-through. I expected better service from Best Buy, especially when purchasing a gift.
