TV was easy to set up and get running. On screen promps easy to follow. Outstanding picture. They should tell you that you have to use a streaming stick to use Spectrum. They should also tell you that you need to use the correct HDMI port in order to avoid transmission and buffering problems

A great affordable TV. I recently purchased the 55-inch Hisense, and the picture quality is great. I recommend this TV for anyone looking to buy an affordable TV. Now I can honestly say I am satisfied with the purchase and Best Buy's customer service.

This is my upgraded TV I received for my Insignia I had a 5 year warranty on, so far so good! I went 5" larger and this seems like a good TV for the price...time will tell. I did purchase another 5 year. Picture quality seems higher, and sound quality seems higher.

I have purchased three different tv all 55 but Hisense build quality and picture look amazing for the price . Great volume as well!

We have purchased this tv for our new home. It looks great, the picture is terrific and it is very easy to use remote. Unfortunately, cable company has us using their remote so we will not get to continue with Hisense remote. We have hi speed internet and there does not appear to be lag time on the tv either.

Its a really excellent TV at this price point. A great value for money. Picture quality is very nice. Sound performance is okay. You need to have a sound bar to extract good performance and games run fantastic since it has dedicated game mode

this is an awesome tv for the money.. just cannot be beat. The picture quality is great... you could spend 2k more and it might get 5-10% better .. so whatever is important to you. I think everyone will be happy with this product.

This is my third Hisense TV! We have had great success with this brand. All three TV’s are still working and the picture has not diminished what so ever! I highly recommend this brand for your next purchase. Best Buy continually has the best price in town!

Really awesome TV, very nice picture, color and sound with the Oleg , we started with a different brand and we had to take it back because it wasn’t working well. Samsung will always be our TV brand of choice. Never change what your used too.

TV is easy to set up. Link to Amazin and go. Great TV for my Daughter, her Fire profile transfers iver and the same parental settings followed. Great picture for the money easy TV to use to switch between gaming consoles. Overall a win for the $$$

This is my first Hisense TV and while it doesn't have the very best picture quality overall, I would say the picture quality is very good for its class. The sound quality is just average so I would recommend getting a soundbar. Overall, the value is excellent and I would recommend it.

I can't comment on the durability yet as I just set the tv up. But, for the price, it seems like a great tv. Picture is clear and vivid with the 4k qled technology. 60hz not the best for motion handling, but for the price I can't complain.

I've had this for 2 weeks now. So far, I am really happy. Great picture and the built-in speakers sound decent too. I have this set up in a bedroom and have only used it for streaming. It was very easy to set up and it even set up easy with my Alexa.
