Started off a great tv , until recently it started having white stripes pop up after I turn it on. If you have to get this tv make sure you get a long term warranty.

Picture is definitely sharp! Much better and clearer than standard HD. Colors are a little washed though despite the HDR in effect and it’s really limited to picture adjustments to make it look more natural. The major issue I have is with the blooming. On a dark screen you can clearly see it (see attached picture for reference) but even when you’re watching regular TV, it’s very noticeable. I can see why having an LED with local dimming is such a desired feature nowadays. I got it as a Black Friday deal for only $240 and it’s a bedroom TV so I’m not complaining too much but I just noticed it so much coming from the Samsung 1080p TV it replaced.

I was so excited to get this tv for my bday to put in my office… upon plugging it in I noticed a black square in the upper right hand corner and it was also pixelated around the black I unplugged it and let it sit until the next day and tried again same thing. I came to the app to put in for a return because it was damaged but it said that my return tie was up… why is there only a 15 return policy?! I was beyond livid so decided I’ll just let it sit in the office. Life for a bit crazy and totally forgot about trying to contact Best Buy to see if anything could be done. The representatives were amazing and so kind and patient. One asked me to turn the tv on and he would try to guide me thru some steps because it could be a pickle problem so I did and when I turned it on the whole screen was black now with multiple cracks on the inside They explained that the return time table was past but to contact Hisense themselves since it’s still under warranty. So I did and they said there was nothing they could do to contact the store again… I didn’t and that’s when the next representative told me it was past my return date once again but to call the store and speak to a manager… still waiting for a call back
