    I began to have problems with the picture from day one, Best Buy was no help and the manufacturer was even less help.

    WORST tv experiences ever: broke in two weeks

    It just stopped working less than two weeks after purchase. It now shows a series of vertical and horizontal lines on the screen. Trying to locate the manufacturer for repair but could not get hold of them. I would not recommend anybody to purchase this brand.

    Function the great for 8 months. Then came up with white bars across the screen. At least it is still on the warranty.

    Bought April 2023, screen started to die Aug 2023

    I haven't even had this TV for 4 months, and the screen has already started to die. Bought the TV April 22, 2023. Turned the TV on when I got home from work on Aug. 2nd, and the screen would'nt turn on; the screen just displayed pale white, vertical strips of what I assume are broken/dead pixels. The last date I could return the TV was back in May. I don't recommend this product.

    Not working correctly

    Stopped working correctly after a month. Very frustrating. Usually I buy Samsung, Sony or LG but decided to go with this cheaper price since I don’t really watch tv but after a month or turning on a few times it doesn’t work anymore.

    Dead after less than 6 months.

    Purchased the tv new in April. Worked great until this morning. Without warning the panel no longer displays anything but black and gray vertical bars. Tv has been on a stand in the living room untouched and unmoved since we purchased it. I have submitted a claim to Hisense, let’s see where that gets me.

    Don’t waste your money

    I purchased it March 24,23 and by May the screen showed white vertical lines. I turned it off and back on a few times, the lines disappeared. Low & behold Sept 3,23 the lines are back and they won’t go away. I can hear husense is no help! perfectly, just can’t see anything.

    Absolute horrible garbage tv. I’ve had this thing 2 months and I’m not even done paying it off on my credit card and the screen randomly decided to break. I was watching it before I went to bed woke up and turned it on and it was fried. Cheap tv don’t waste your time or money

    Randomly while watching the TV went black (did not turn off), and I could not adjust anything on the screen. Unplugged, waited, plugged back in. Lines down screen. Not sure what happened but I purchased this only 10 months agis!

    Unbelievable! Bought this Hisense 55” Smart Roku TV last Black Friday (2022) and today (11/12/2023) is useless all I get is black and gray lines! So disappointing! :-(
