Need Some Improvements

Also, the sensor can be blocked very easily I mean just having the wrong angle will mess it up.

Not worth it

Reviewing less than 2 years later as this television was a dissaster. Multiple problems with it both with image ( completely shut off) and sound ( completely shut off), Had multiple calls with Hisense and it took forever to get a replacement! ( After multiple complaints and visit from technician..). The replacement they sent me is not the same and the sound quality is awful. I had 2 hisenses before and never again!

I made an awesome purchase

There is a great quality product and there is a bunch of free channels to watch. This TV is awesome size for a bedroom and also for the living room.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.bought this TV on 6/16/23 to take it up to our cabin for the 4th of July. upon opening the box and set the TV up. nothing happened blank screen and a burned spot on the side. took it to best buy to get a refund back. got the worst customer service ever. i didn't read the receipt where it says 14 days on most items?? they wont even give me a store credit. people when you buy TV'S from best buy Make sure to open the box and turn it on in the store so what happened to me wont happen to you.

Run away

Owned for 9 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Extremely difficult to get service, have sent multiple pictures and images and keep getting the run around since they want a copy of the original receipt which I never got since I purchased online. Buy a different brand. When it works it’s great but the screen goes black occasionally, continuously being force logged out of apps and now the run around to get service has me regretting this purchase to the max.

Defective TV

I guess you get what you pay for. I read rave reviews about such a “beautiful” and “vibrant” picture, but sadly, I did not experienced this. I’ve spent 3 days trying to fine tune the picture settings. No matter what I adjust, everything seems too washed out. Also, there is a noticeable issue with backlight bleeding or “clouding” around the edges of the screen. I will be returning this TV.

Okay product, terrible manufacturer support

When I had issues trying to hook it up to speakers, I called the manufacturer support line. They clearly don't know their own product. Tried to walk me through hooking it to bluetooth. Geek squad later explained, the TV doesn't support it. I later ended up talking to their "elite" support. The tech barely spoke English, and also did not know their own product. Without Best Bus support, this would have been a disaster.

Defective

It worked fine twice. Just tried to turn on and the screen is black, but power shows on. When I turn off, the home screen flashes faintly before turning off. Not sure what's going on, but it's only been used twice for about an hour.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not sure what happened here…online reviews are good and even though not top brand gave it a try Ran it off the included Roku, ran it off a HDMI Roku 4K……and the picture was worst of any tv I’ve ever seen Literally blurry no matter what input or type of TV Not sure if I got a bad one or what ….but had to return and won’t try brand again . Got a 43 inch Vizio MQ6 for $300 and picture is great

Not a good buy

Best Buy would NOT refund or exchange it. Had to call manufacturer, and that wasn't an easy process either, still ongoing. I wouldn't recommend this tv at all.
