    When they first started making tv’s about 10 years ago they were great. But now they are just junk.

    Bad remote control. They refused to replace it.

    Received the TV with a bad remote control when I opened the box. hisense's customer service refused to replace it and mentioned accessory's warranty is only 90 days, although they mentioned their TV's warranty is 1 year.

    Crappy. The TV stops the program I am watching and goes back to Home mode. When I go back to the program I was watching, it will stop and go back Home after watching only a few minutes more. I will never purchase a Hisense TV again
