    Picture quality is fair compared to Samsung UHD. Ease of setup was a little annoying. Best Buy sales person misinformed me about the compatability of the Samsung sound bar I had, it'll work but not fully integrated like it should be

    HomeKit is a joke.

    Overall, it’s ok. I bought this model for one specific reason: HomeKit. I realize that there are more brands that support HomeKit, but this was (what I perceived to be) a good deal. I got it on a Black Friday deal, so the price was great. But HomeKit is a failure with this brand. It disconnects a few minutes after you set it up. Then, you forget the device in the Home app, set it up again, then it disconnects. I have given up on the idea of this in my smart home. It’s very disappointing. If you are looking to add this TV to your HomeKit smart home, look elsewhere. I guess it’s ok for just a tv.

    Great TV for the money! Picture quality is excellent. I've had a Hisense for 6 years with no problems at all. You may want to add a sound bar.

    Picture is fine. The remote was not functioning properly and eventually stopped working altogether. Tried everything to fix it, but not good quality. Who makes a TV without manual controls for being able to program the darn thing? Unable to set up wifi without a remote and that is nonsense

    Hisense is definitely doing good with their tv’s. With Roku it basically have everything I need. That includes apple mirror and all the apps every modern tv comes with.

    Defective TV

    I bought this TV for my parents who are in assisted living. Within a month of delivery the TV developed vertical lines that replaced the picture. Audio worked but not video. I returned the defective TV to Best Buy and they were very good about refunding my money. We did buy another model of the Hicense TV and, so far, so good.

    My TV broke less than 2 years after purchase, and Hisense/Best Buy were no help. Never buying this brand again!

    Purchased TV late Novemver of 2021. It lasted till New Years 2023. Lasted 1 year and 1 month. 1 month out of manufacture warrantly and it died. Hisense was not helpful.

    Weird issue

    This tv is not compatible with my cable box which sounds weird and the plug is not broke everything else works on it just not my cable boxes. It’s ok or whatever
