Great TV for streaming but some flaws

The screen would go black for 5 seconds and turn back on at random intervals only when using my Fios Box.

I am extreamly disappointed . And extreamly slow processor. 2 seconds on any change, lock up. Video and audio jitter, random yellow flakes through the screen and snow in the video i would not recommend nor buy this again!

I got the new qled qd5 a month before this tv and it seems to work a little better. May just be a newer operating system… screen is good.

Hisense has terrible customer service

I had to warranty my TV within the first year of having it and the process was excruciating to get answers and then they sent someone out to destroy my tv that the only issue with it was a line running down the screen. Then it took them over a week after that to do anything about getting me a refund or new TV. I would highly recommend going with a different brand of TV.
