Wouldn’t recommend for gaming. Returned and went with the Hisense Series U7 which is a much better option.

Great Budget Friendly TV

Contrast is excellent, Black is Black not gray. Color also looks excellent. Sound is not great, but also not awful, I suggest using a soundbar. The one complaint I would have is about the Google TV, not being able to access sleep timer on kids account.

Compared with other units at a similar price this TV has the best picture. You have to compare it with your own eyes to believe it. I would have given it 5 stars if the 49ers had won the Super Bowl!

It has a nice crisp picture with a fast processor. The Mini LED QLED is the way to go, had 2 OLED TVs before and both had burned panels, with this TV, you have no risk of burning panels.

I also bought the 4k mini- led U6. I could hardly not tell apart at times. I only kept the 4k mini because it was full array and I knew it was the better tv, plus on sale for just 70.00 more.

Upgraded Xfinity box and HDMI cable to achieve the 4K. Purchased after spending many hours viewing various tv’s and online searches. Would recommend to a friend.

I highly recommended it to anyone that loves high quality

I usually purchase LG or TCL TV sets and I decided to try something different. The picture quality and color depth exceeded my expectations. It was also great to have four hdmi ports.

Smart featured are just as good if not better than other name brands too. I would definitely recommend to anyone with a budget.

Our in-store guide (#786784) was the epitome of what a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable expert should be--but so rarely is these days. His spot-on approach of asking us just the right questions in order to provide us with a manageable number of options kept our shopping experience from being overwhelming or disappoing. WE COULDN:T BE HAPPIER! Then, when it came time to install our TV, we had a stellar experience with the two Geek Squad guys, Sterling & his teammate, who couldn't have been more polite and efficient. Overall, a remarkably easy & satisfying experience. We'll be sticking with Best Buy.

Its placed under two skylights and brightness is never an issue. Google OS is a little daunting if you've never used it before, but it works nicely once familiar.

You still need the service but uts convinient when setting up the tv. Also great tv
