    To say i am beyond frustrated is an understatement . I don’t usually buy many nice things and always seems to never work out for me in the end. I had really high hops for this tv and hisense I didn’t know much about hisense, but it seemed on paper to have everything i wanted and i liked that it said it had a 2 year warranty and i also liked the overall design of the tv with the center Pedestal. I havent even used the tv for five days and i noticed there is already issuse with some spots of the mini leds either just not lighting or possibly stuck on one color. Tried calling customer support after waiting 20 minutes to speak to someone, the women who answered had no idea what i was talking about, and didn’t even no what a mini led tv was even after giving her my model number and thus she was no help at all zero stars and said she had to Escalade my issue and I will get a call back still no call back. With haveing issues already it makes me question there quilty control and longevity of there products. i took a picture of the malFunctioning leds and mind that is on the tv Home Screen it’s self so i can’t even say it was coming from the cable box or the hdmi cable. i did all the powering down options and even unpuged it for a minute and pluged it back in and still no change. Looks like i will be going with a tcl model instead.
