My father and I purchased this television for his mother my 96 year old grandmother. She was celebrating Christmas at our relatives home and Dad and I snuck the television into her living room and set it up. Later that evening she arrived home and found the television with her favorite channel on. Yippee!!!! She was so excited and full of joy. When we decided to pick this tv we were taking a chance on a brand that we weren’t familiar with. This tv is beautiful! We really got our money’s worth. The picture is so high def and the built in speakers are booming. Thank you Best Buy for always giving us your best and repeatedly coming out on top. Awesome job Best Buy team.

Very happy with this tv. We have an oled downstairs and this one does a great job for what we use it for. The basement T.V. is our home theater tv and this one is are everyday tv. For this price it’s an awesome flat screen.

It was a highly rated product as I did my online research and it is truly great. The purchase experience online was flawless and it was available a day before the given pickup date. The associate was very helpful in loading my car. It was easy to assemble and easy to setup. A great experience all around.

Great TV, really bright and great quality for price. Sports and TV look incredibly. Likely need a fairly strong mount for it, the one I have is not sturdy enough, but overall really great quality thus far.

It is a very nice TV. I love the stands that are in the middle rather than those old ladies shoes at the end of other companies screens. It’s not the TV’s fault but there’s a lack of high-quality 4K streaming media if I wanna look at birds or pictures or things and high definition, 4K or above, they look fantastic just like it does in the store however I compare this TV to a older Samsung TV that I traded it in for and I still think my Samsung had a little bit better picture however I’m very happy with this TV. It is current and it is supported Samsung has stopped supporting my older TV making it difficult to do things in it but a very big plus there is a built-in base that still works when you use surround sound so I run everything through my stereo and I get the best of both worlds. I get a TV with a built-in base love that. The base that works just with my stereo would cost over $1000 so for $500 I get an upgraded TV and I get my base all at half the price if it was à la cart.

Super TV. Great color and definition. The sound is incredible. Absolutely no need for a soundbar. I saw the review on Wirecutter and they right on target. So much better than comparably priced “big” brands

Upgraded from a 14 year old plasma TV to this, so this is near-magical. Solid television with a very good picture and easy setup. 1 star off for the overly bright picture in most modes and the lack of explanation of settings. I strongly recommend downloading the manual from the HiSense website.

Great tv, great price, picture and does great with video games. Probably the best all around tv well under 1000. You could get a better one but you would pay no less than 1500(which I won't do).

This is TV is great, image quality is fantastic in my opinion, but the thing that I like the most is the speakers. This is the first TV in years that I don't need to add a soundbar to be able to hear people speaking. I don't need a big sound system, as this TV in a bedroom, so for my needs the sound quality is great. It actually can get very loud and bass levels are good. I will highly recommend this TV to anyone how needs a new TV for a medium size room. I also have my PS5 connected to it and the picture quality and frame rate when I am playing is great, and I don't see any dropped frames or lag.

So far I am pleased with my purchase. The picture and motion handling is decent for the price. The framerate for gaming on Xbox and PC are both great. My only complaint would be the stand. While I do like the stand cover, the stand itself makes the TV very wobbly. Not so much that it's a problem but potential accidents could happen. If you purchase this model I would recommend using a wall mount. The sound on this unit is PHENOMINAL. This is the first LED TV that I don't believe needs a sound bar for great sound. That in itself says something, I would recommend this TV for every use.

I keep this down at the pool on a rolling stand. It is great for outdoor viewing. The viewing angle is super wide and the colors pop. The google OS is great too, especially for Youtube TV. Plenty of access to all apps. I got a cover for it even though it sits inside a shed when not in use. I had some trouble taking off the pre installed feet. One screw stripped, so now one foot is still hanging on the bottom but I just use it as a stablilizing handle when I roll it! Works great.

The picture quality is pretty decent and the locals dimming is good. The only downside for me is the viewing angle, it gets blurry and lose colors when you go a little bit to the side. Overall it is a nice TV for the money spent

Like how its bright and looks solid. Ui is nice and snappy. No real downsides. Viewing angle is a little bad but even if you look at it side ways you dan still watch just fine.

Nice TV for the price. Once I adjusted the settings I was able to get a very good picture. Biggest issue is the rather narrow viewing angle that has been reported in other reviews. Not an issue for my application in a bedroom, but would be a big problem in other viewing areas.

I was a little hesitant to buy this TV as they used to be known as cheap TV's. I read a lot of reviews and it scores very well in many statistical categories. I purchased the TV and it has a great picture, is very easy to use and was sold for a great price. The part that I am most impressed with is the sound. The sound from the actual TV is pretty good for a flat screen with a little subwoofer built in and good clarity. I would recommend this TV over a comparable Vizio which I used to buy a lot of.

We purchased this tv on reviews and sale rep on things we were looking for. We chose this tv because it offers great picture and sound. easy to unbox and set up. We are loving this tv.

For the few weeks that I have had the tv it has worked perfectly. Picture is amazing, the built in subwoofer works really well. As for gaming it works like a charm on my PS5 amazing response and amazing game mode!

The Hisense U7 has a great picture and we like the google TV. The issues we have are it seems to be glitchy we have had to factory reset it and unplug it a several times. All the HDMI ports are constantly loosing connection and we have to wiggle the plugs to get them to connect to the point we stopped using them until we find time to try and make a claim for repair. For the price I still feel like it is worth it for us because the picture is great and we mostly watch movies through streaming services anyway. The sound on the TV is great for a bedroom very surprised how loud it gets.

So far, so good! Have had the TV for about a week and am very satisfied. I did a great deal of research to narrow it down to the U7. It does not disappoint. Vivid picture, and better sound than I anticipated. I really like the Google TV interface. Clean, intuitive easy to navigate. I wanted a "better" TV than entry level 4K, but didn't want to break the bank (for me that number was $750). On sale, The U7 is a perfect fit, on sale for under $550 was the sweet spot. I can't believe how favorite shows like Law and Order look completely different and brand new as compared to the picture our older/replaced 1080 LCD "dumb" TV. The only "bad" thing so far is I now want to replace the old "dumb" TV in my bedroom and this U7 set the bar!

This tv is very bright and shows amazing. Once you get everything adjusted to your liking, it will function great. I also like the sleek look of the tv and the remote.
