Really is a nice TV. I know nothing about Hisense but I’d buy another.

Good picture but the TV died after a few weeks due to “internal circuit board error” I returned to Best Buy and exchanged for the same tv

The store entertainment equipment salesperson upsold us on this item. I just wanted a basic television for our guests, but he insisted that we should have this tv due to its value and quality. Not sure I can recommend the value for this item, nor can I recommend quality because the picture is only fair. There is nothing special about this item, and I believe we will be returning it. It doesn't have any special features or benefits either. I am incredibly disappointed with this product. I have given it the extra star for the "Smart feature and ability to pare with other entertainment subscriptions and the voice search option.

Having a problem with display and remote not working properly

Very pleased with my purchase. I don't play video games so I cannot comment on that aspect but I'm impressed with this TV, especially for $499. I reinstalled my Roku stick on this TV without having to re-input any info but I am finding the built-in Google TV system to be much better than I was expecting. The TV did emit a rather strong smell of burning plastic for a week or so but it's gone now. I have a sound bar connected so I can't comment on the sound quality of the built in audio.

I dod t buy the TV at Best Buy but i wanted to write a review about it in this website. Hisense is a company that people should be talking about more than anything else, they have the same technology and features than other tv brands in the market but for a more affordable price, I personally purchased the Hisense U7H 55 inch and all I can say is that the picture quality is impressive, at the moment the pictyre quality is at par with the Samsung Q80 tv’s, the Sony X90K and the LG 85 series and 90 series Mini LED. This tv doesmt have Mini LED backlights but it managed to pull 1,000 peak brightness for HDR and 700 for standard definition, it also has the options to watch your shows and movies on HDR10, HDR10+, HLG, Dolby Vision IQ and IMAX Enhanced, those are options that other TV’s do not offer at the price that Hisense does, also the have 4 hdmi ports which 2 of them are 2.1 ports for 4K 120hz and 2 2.0ports for 4K at 60hz, for gamers this tv will be amazing because it features ALLM and Freesync. The Android operating system is also a big plus for this tv, it responds quick and you can install all your favorite apps, the sound is great if you are going to have for a master bedroom like i have it but if its a bigger space like a living room then i suggest to get a soundbar. So if you are thinking about getting a TV that has all the best features and an amazing picture but you dont want to pay a lot for it go with Hisense and you won’t regret it.

Got this for a great deal and definitely happy with my purchase. It has a great picture with good contrast and my PS5 game look beautiful on it.

Its budget junk and no amount if tuning can save it. Just spend the extra money if you can.

this TV has a great picture and you can not beat the price

Great TV. Superb picture with amazing color saturation from any video source you throw at it - High Def, 4K, UHD, HDR~, Dolby Vision, whatever. Tip for you X-Box S/X series or PS 5 gamers wanting to game in 4K/Native 120 HZ, HDR, Dolby Vision, or whatever, but are not passing the 4K TV system check. If either console doesn't think your Hisense TV has these 4K capabilities when running a check to determine as much (when you know it does) - Grab your Hisense TV Remote and press the button with 2 horizontal lines on it. This will bring up a menu that's not accessible anywhere else. When the menu pops up, scroll down to HDMI format and switch it to "Enhanced HDMI" option. Nothing but joy after doing this. :)

Overall the tv is great, it's fast and responsive, good picture quality and for gaming with that 120hz, only thing I don't really like is the remote since coming from a lg tv, compare to them it's not well built.

I couldn’t find the Enhanced HDMI option for the longest time, finally found it and was able to get all green check marks on my Xbox series X. The picture is awesome
